Fried: Yolk popped, over hard.
Otherwise: I prefer in French toast. Mix eggs and milk together. Let the bread soak up the mixture, then brown on both sides. Eat with syrup.

I prefer shopping these days. It doesn't require additional (and always somehow very expensive) equipment, and I am able to use what I find for a long time afterward.

Not very much. I prefer almonds as my everyday nut. My favorite nut is the cashew, but it's extremely fatty, so I only get a bit for Christmas and don't eat it the rest of the year.
