I mean I know Fuuton Yuton have it, and I also know that the one member of Akatsuki with multiple hearts has it, but that's it (to my knowledge).
I really don't think we should push it much further (as it would demean the passive buff that Fuuton Yuton gets, which is realistically only having 3).

though easy solution for the triple elements thing is make it a DD perk. that way it remains extremely rare and there are certain criteria for it as well, so people with real cash can't just rush in and purchase it. make the requirement like.
must have a second element, must have at least x amount of chakra.
doing something like that would be fair i think = w=b

But Dust Element is a combination of Earth, Wind, and Fire whereas Youtton/Futton Creation is a mix of Fire/Water and Fire/Earth, not all three at once.

I was not really serious about adding it, but as of the last chapter, it is Cannon. Normal blood lines that work with two are considered "Blood Line Limits" and those that work with three are considered "Blood Line Expansions" or maybe it was Extension. I cant remember. But it was i the last chapter.

I agree with Zavits... And Ele is correct, "Bloodline Limits" usually have "Two Elements" As "Bloodline Expansion" Have "Three Elements" DD Perk Name: Bloodline Expansion Requirements: X Amount of Chakra X level to obtain

I'd like to join the DC vs Marvel guild...
Possibly as Avalanche if he isn't taken.
Though I'm not sure which series I should go off of, I like the brother hood II Avalanche as he's younger and more vibrant, but the classic one could indeed be the way to go.
