well, Not quite sorted out... I have a bajillion hours of downloads to go through to get back almost all the files I lost when It died, and a lot of it is quite impossible to find now, I'm finding out. Funny how you leave the internet for a few months, and 9% of what was there when you left has been replace by youtubepoop. Thor's hammer, they don't even call it that anymore.
@inu: Could have quite possibly been on one of Lorika's msn chats she decided to throw me into unawares :p

I've missed you guys!!! I logged on because I was like "HOLYSNAPPLE, IT'S ALMOST HALLOWEEN, WHAT IF THEY'RE DOING SOMETHING WITH THE OVERSEER?!" then started thinking "oh my word...has it been that long since I've chatted with the Order? I AM A DESPICABLE HUMAN BEING."

I haven't been visiting Gaia myself, ahahahaha!
I was just bored one day... then Gaia was in my favourites so I clicked that... and I thought maybe I should visit the Order cos' I was kinda lacking... Social-wise (Like, in the Sims way).
And there's... at least one new post every day. So at least I get to say something before I disappear back into my non-social life.

@Bapp: I know precisely what you mean by "in the Sims way." Which kinda makes me feel cool and nerdy at the same time. I've reached that point. "MY SOCIALIZATION METER IS LOOOWWWW!!!"
@purple_hana: OH MY WORD, YOU LOOK ADORABLE.
Does anyone here still zOMG? I remember logging on for a while and doing nothing but that. And then they released the new expansion and I went in...and died within a minute of entering everytime. And since not everyone could get in, I got bored...and now I'm rambling and have completely strayed from my original point of speech...

@Inu: I haven't played zOMG in a while, largely due to the bugs still present in my save file... though Mabo did bring up the possibility of starting up the Clan group plays again... maybe then.
Lorika pops in every so often... sorry I can't be more specific than that. confused

And I think Lorika lurks around the guild but mostly lives on messenger. And I think she has spotty internet access.

Looks like they're ready to spring the Halloween event on us so you've both got good timing.
SO, on an unrelated note... I just saw a HUGE spider crawl up under the tank of my toilet, and now I'm terrified to use it in case it jumps out and bites me on the butt. ;__;
It's driving me a little nuts because it's black with a huge abdomen and some weird ambiguous white blotch on it's underside, and you'd think that would be distinctive enough to identify it? BUT NO. The internet is useless.

That was a lie. I was for a while--specifically in my first semester--but then I got a really bad roommate...and while that seems like it's not a big deal...well, it kinda was. [Translation: WORST SEMESTER EVER]
I await your announcement, and am extremely curious.

I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEW HALLOWEEN EVENT. I always love the events...I kinda wish that there were a lot more...but then I'd never leave gaia for class.
On a semi-related to that tangent, my friend Leigh came up to me today while I was on site in one of the public places on campus and said "ARE YOU ON GAIA?" I responded, "Yeah! You play?" She said, "No, I had to break that addiction or I'd never get anything done!"
