It's a boy who is the first of the new generation of Dragon Riders in the Inheritance Trilogy. The first book is titled Eragon, which is why I am saying Eragon-esque, instead of Inheritance-esque... I want him to be a dragon rider of course, but I have to make a dragon name, and soo much more confusing info...

Yeah.... The movie is based off the book, though it doesn't look to follow the book precisely, which I think would be better... I can already tell you the werecat won't be in the movie most probably...
