Most of the exchange shops near me have stopped offering anything other than the stock they have left for things before the PS/DC/N64 era. There are still a number of places that do carry second hand games from the "old school" systems, but they are either in horrible condition with beat up boxes and no manuals or anything, or they are just stupidly expensive.
I've kept all the games I've bought since the last time I rebought my snes/genesis for like the fifth time (yay selling/buying again =p), and although I doubt I have ALL of the games I once had I do have most of the games from my "must have" collection. Those'll most likely stay in the attic and never get used again thanks to the great features most emulators offer like savestates for when you cannot make it to a save point and just wanna stop or the graphics filters which are quite nice. Hell, I doubt I'll even play my PS games on the PS ever again thanks to ePSXe, 'cept for those few that games that have things that ePSXe has trouble emulating.
