Nathan heaved a small sigh, watching the sky through the window. "Tomorrow night might get hectic.." he said softly. "It'll be the full moon." In all honesty though, the only people he worried for were Crissy and Julian. He didn't know any of the others that well, nor did he care for them much, yet. But if he ended up hurting Crissy, he'd never forgive himself. "Just be careful around me, okay? I get moody before a shift."

Understanding, Crissy rose and made her way across the room. Reaching Nathan she leaned down and gave him a quick hug, nuzzling his neck for just a moment with affection. "I know...Julian warned me. I promise to be careful okay?" she reassured him, her eyes lighting with a hint of laughter.

Nathaniel smiled at her, nuzzling her in return. "So what else have you been up to in the too long time that I've been out of your life?" he asked, pulling her down into his lap and gently tickling her sides.

Shifting to get away from his hands, Crissy sighed and tilted her head back, laying it on his shoulder as she gazed at the ceiling. "Nothing really...other than coming here..getting to know my real father nothing huge has really happened since mother died. What about you?" she asked.

Nathaniel glanced around. "And do you like it here, with your dad?" he asked. "Because this whole creepy castle thing..I'm not sure it works for me."

Christiana laughed and rose to turn a circle in the room. "I love it...I love him...he's awesome, the kind of father I always dreamed of. And this place." she spread her arms and turned again, her face aglow with pleasure. "It's enchanting, beautiful in some places, dark and foreboding in others, powerful, mysterious and oh so perfect. That and the constant sound and scent of the sea.." Smiling shyly she dropped her arms and shrugged a little sheepishly. "I guess it isn't fro everyone." she finished, falling back on cool manners and polish to cover her embarrassment.

Dark_Vampiric_Nausicaah The female shakes her head softly. " I was told to go to the castle by a male vampire that had attacked me. " She says in a calmly toned voice that shows a small hint of defensiveness. Keeping her stance with one foot still behind her, ready to run if it deems necessary. " I followed the direction he had come to bring myself here. " She explains to the being before her as she watches his movements closely.
Marshall glanced about once more, to be positive that this girl was alone, then stepped a little closer. "Are you going to be okay?" he asked in a small voice. He'd been told that monsters lived in the castle, but he'd thought they were stories. Perhaps his brother could help this girl. After all, Seth hadn't turned him away. Turning, he glanced back at the castle. "Well, my brother lives there when he's not at sea..he might know what to do." he said, then shifted his gaze back to her. "You can come rest in my room if you want, while I go find him.."

{{ It is quite alright}}
She looks around the grassy field cautiously, hoping to not find the man that attacked her anywhere nearby. She remains stone still as he steps closer to her, nodding to his question. " Yes, I believe that I am going to be okay. " Kyatora looks up to the castle thinking, There has to be some reason as to why he sent me here...I had began to come this way for simple curiosity on if there was actually anything here like the legends and myths said..I guess they were right.. She gives him a somewhat trusting look, " I am not sure who I am supposed to look for here, so it would be nice to have some assistance. " She takes a few more glances from the field around her, to the castle and then back to the male before her.

Christiana frowned as the cool wind snapped and whipped her cloak around her. The night was clear enough, the wind off the ocean for-told of a storm, one that was out over the water and had yet to reach the land. It was odd to have everyone gone. Her father was actually out hunting..or so she thought, as she couldn't feel his presence any longer. Her twin, and apparently Seth and Gabe as well had all gone off. lord only knew to do what. There was the other girl but she had apparently left as well. And Dani...a slight smile curved her lips. Dani had dragged her reluctant companion out a few days before with the claim that they would return. The castle seemed...empty, she thought now. Though she still loved the Haven, without those that made it so precious to her it seemed...lonely. Nathan hadn't proved to be much company though he was still about somewhere of course. Her family would never leave her completely alone. Though she couldn't blame his cool demeanor...the full moon was the next night and Nathan had only become more tense, and..withdrawn she supposed as the day wore on. Tired of her hair blowing constantly in her face, she sighed and reached back to secure it with a smooth strip of leather that she materialized. Sometimes powers were a slight convenience. The sound of distant heartbeats made her pause, odd, there shouldn't be anyone else around. Moving toward the steady rhythm of sound she stepped hesitantly into the long grass of the plains, wondering who she would come across.

Shadows lengthened slowly as I made my slow way through the plains. The grass barely made sound under my feet, the wind said nothing of my presence. I had cloaked myself rather well this time, with It's help of course. It had a thirst to fulfill and I was helpless to say no. Somewhere in the part of my mind that was still mine, I screamed for it to stop. For the bloodshed to end. For this poor girl to be left alone. My pleas went unanswered, or perhaps even unheard as my body moved like a snake through those grasses. I was an unwilling participant in Hiratoshi's little game...and that is just the way he liked it. Somehow, he knew I suffered more with every kill he made. Every kill I made. They were close now, a mere few yards away. I could smell them, smell their nervousness. Something deep within me, something feral, came to life. These people were insignificant to us. They meant nothing. The sword cut easily through the air as my momentum pushed me forward those last few yards to where the two stood. End of message.

Dark_Vampiric_Nausicaah The hair on the ends of her neck slowly began to stand up, just a few mere moments before she heard the sound of the male from before, realizing his presence as she quickly turns her whole body to face him. Her lips curl into a snarl as she commands the shadows at her feet to take her into their grasp, disappearing from her place momentarily and reforming once again several feet away from the male that was attacking her. As her body reforms she is wielding her sword once again as a snarl passes through her lips as she shouts. " What is the big idea attacking the same chick twice!? " Her voice thick with outrage, she hadn't done a thing and now she was being attacked for a second time and was getting a bit too cranky for anymore unpleasant surprises. Someone was having issues posting in the guild from her phone so she sent it to me in a pm.

Marshall let out a yelp of surprise upon seeing the man jump at them from the grass. Backpedaling, he stumbled away, turning to make a run for the castle where he knew he'd be safe. "Stop yelling at him and come on, Lady!" he yelled over his shoulder at the woman. "Jeez, what's wrong with you?!"

I paused for a brief second in my flight to decide which person to go after. The boy was younger, meaning I could outrun him very easily. But this woman, the same one we had injured earlier, dared to defy me with her tricks. The straw was drawn when she began to yell at us. Women never did know when to keep quiet. The boy forgotten, I shifted in mid-stride toward the female, then launched myself at her again. Hiratoshi lifted, it's deadly tip aimed at her face. We would carve out her tongue for her troubles, then perhaps her heart for ours.

With only a moment to absorb the scene and react, Crissy forgot to think things all the way through once her mind registered Arjay's scent. All she could think was she had to get that sword out of his hands to find out if it was his or the weapons choice that was playing out. Putting on a burst of preternatural speed she formulated her weapon in her hand, a saber, similar to her twins. Thankfully, she knew how to use it rather well, though it was an uncomfortable weight in her hand. Weapons had never been her choice in a fight, but for now the blade would have to do. Placing herself between the vampire and the strange female, she lifted the blade and set it in a sweeping downward motion, meant to both block his attack and knock him off balance just long enough for her to get the weapon back up again.

Surprise registered only moments before anger set in at this new disturbance. A low growl slid from my throat, utterly feral in sound. The tip of the blade sank inches into dirt instead of flesh, adding to my frustration. Shifting my momentum to the side, I swept around, yanking Hiratoshi hard enough to wrench it free from the earth and sweep it upward again. I had a new target now. This nuisance with the saber. With force, I swung the blade in an arc, cutting a path through the air toward the intruder.
