It is...I've looked over every attack and I've realized that everyone is more focused on offense. So I decided I would dedicate one custom to having an epic defense.

Sera, offense is one of the things I plan on barely training up, haha. Defense and speed here. Or rather, defense for Hedoro, speed for Anima. And being devoured/absorbed for everyone else!

Question, how many custom techniques can we learn? Can we learn other people's that they made?

You get one per 10k Ki.
And then if they agree, and you fit the requirements for it, you can learn their moves.
But you just cant pick someone's and learn it, without their permission. 3nodding

Hmm, I wonder if I should develop the story of poor Mr. Devoured Squirrel? Maybe he was actually the same one that Rock Lee saved from being exploded from that paper bomb way back in Naruto? Survived that just to get eaten now. He was delicious.
