His tail remaining for a few more seconds in the doorway then vanishes around the corner

Matthew walked into what remained of the Dragon's Nest inn. It had been a while since the great catastrophe that left the area in ruins, and his concerns were growing gradually. With that creature still out there, he found it hard to rest his mind. However, seeing activity within the Inn made it seem as if the accident had never happened. All he would have to do is stay alert. He had grown much since last he traversed these parts, and he was confident that he would be able to defend others against this threat if needed be.

"My home was out of range," he said. "I prefer to live in the woods mostly. But I could see the blast all the way from there. It must have been gigantic."

She winces slightly, hurting to breathe. "I think one of my ribs might be cracked... a beam fell ontop of me in my sleep... rough dreams." Shadow chuckles slightly, then winces again.
