Drake walked into the mainroom and sat down at a table in the back. At the moment there was so much on his mind, that he wanted to sweep it again... not that the mind sweep had exactly been successful last time he did it. Upon seeing something he had once been close with painful memories flowed through him, memories that were supposed to have been rid of. 'Perhaps I simply did it wrong...' He thought to himself.

With a sigh Drake stood and looked around. His place was so bleak and lifeless, that this place was a nice sceanery change. He walked to the bar to get himself something to drink.

Pushing open the door, she walked in, striding over to sit down at a nearby table as she pulled out the envelope she had brought as well, penning a short thank you letter for letting her stay there. Enclosing the key, she closed it up, leaving it upright on the bar next to a bottle.
hearing moment, she looked towards the bar itself to notice someone, smiling she bowed her head over towards him in greeting.

For some time Drake rummaged throught the liquor cabinet, but found nothing that actually sounded appealing to him. For a moment he sighed, wondering why the alchohol was gone. After a moment he remembered that Yawg's blast destroyed the bar, and it had probably not been re-supplied yet. "Damn it..." He rubbed the bridge in between his eyes and sat again. He saw the girl once he was sitting again, and bowed his head to her.

"Nothing alcoholic in a bar? Almost seems like a foreign concept, doesn't it?" She smiled abit, propping her head up onto her hand. "Stressed out?" She had noticed what he had done and figured as much.
"Name's Magik Mason, I just moved officially to town today. Got my first house and everything. I swear, I must be insane to have bought such an overly huge house. Should have gotten like a cabin or something."

Drake looked at her for a moment, then chuckled. "If you ask me, a bar without Alcohol is in-humaine... and I might be a bit stressed because of recent events." He stood up and walked over to her, extending a hand. "My name is Draconic Itimus Mariu, bit people tend to call me Drake. It is good to hear that you have a home here... but I bet you my house is more big." He smiled slightly.

She smiled as she took his offered hand giving it a gentle handshake. "Very nice to meet you, Drake. And you're so right, a bar without alcohol just doesn't seem right. Let me guess, castle?" She smiled, wondering if she was right. With a name like he had, it would have been her guess.
"I'm used to meeting people with extravagant tastes. The recent events, I take it you mean the earthquake type incident that happened that I keep hearing about? I'd be home, bored out of my mind, but I couldn't sit in an empty house right now, just needed some company. Please, have a seat if you would like.."

"It is a pleasure." Drake bowed his head slightly once again and sat down. "And no, I no longer live in a castle... Just a very large, bleak mansion." he smiled at her assumption and shook his head. "No, the earthquake did not really effect me at all, but it has others. And normally I would be home too, but my home is rather lonley and people don't normally visit me... so it is nice to have some company."

"I could say no one visits me either. Then again, no one technically knows I moved in. Sorry, really bad sense of humor." She flashed him a quiet smile, folding her arms on the table as she leaned forward abit, mainly just to keep her voice down abit.
"But you did at one time, so I'm partially right. You'll have to forgive me, I just like trying to figure people out. a past time of mine I guess you could say. Can I ask why no one visits you? I mean, you seem very friendly, very polite..not that many people near where you live?"

Drake chuckled slightly. "I live rather far away, and the area my mansion is built on is rather... is rather desolate. My home does not look very welcoming either." He put his elbows against the table and leaned against them. "At times, I am afraid I can be rather frightening as well."
