Aaah the antics.
Sadly, Mr. Twist's backstory prevents him from having a logical explanation for why he would join a mafia group. Running from mafia-type people... by becoming one? Yeahno.
Plus... he'd be of less use than Iyokou XD Unless he decided to actually read medical texts of relevance rather than the strange and unexplained. "How to treat a bullet wound" would be helpful.
....doesn't mean I won't draw him as a mobster though. XD

I'll have to look it up again to give you the exact terminology, but apparently when a person becomes and official member of a mafia "family" they get the full protection of said family. So. XD There's that?
