"Rooms are free? How is it you stay in business then? Serving meals?" She was perplexed by that news in itself. I hope so, it's been awhile since I've had anything that remotely resembles a vacation in a really long time.
Do you serve breakfast or lunch here?" She didn't want to ask too many questions, trying to keep in her vacation mindframe.

*she smiles and made a light laugh* "Ehh... i dont know. But some how it works. But we do serve breakfast in here.. but i dont know if they have fixed the bar yet, otherwise i have some at my place"

"Very friendly community here, I'm just noticing. You'll have to forgive me if I seem...to be acting strangely at the moment. I'm from a big city and no one does anything for free there. This is definately enlightening and reassuring. I can wait. Just had gotten hungry abit from all the traveling. So, you live close to here then?"
She had pulled a small toothpick from her pocket, placing it between her lips. It had been some time she she last smoked and didn't want to fall back into old habits.

"You sure you don't mind just inviting someone over that you just met?" She wanted to trust her, she worked there not to mention seemed friendly enough. She had just had to stop being so paranoid.
"Whenever you'd like to go, I don't have anywhere I need to be for awhile. I just hope there's some way I can maybe repay you for your hospitality?"

She figured she would go with her instincts. "Three miles. So different from the big city, can tell you that much. But if you can think of anything, feel free to let me know."

*she walked closer to her* "For the moment?" *she looks down on the floor* "Well there was a shockwave here that almost wrecked everything, most of the damages are repaired right now. Some house had to shut down and some burned up"
*she looks up again and smiles* "But my house is fixed"

"An earthquake of sorts then? That's not too uncommon around these parts, is it?" Smiling she held the door open for her, taking another look back in to the place she would probably be staying at for awhile.
"I speak differently I know. Figure it's because of what I used to do, used to speaking with people way older than I am." She smiled reassuringly, wondering if this town was under a masquerade of sorts, but she hadn't seen any warning signs thus far.

Stepping quietly back into the inn, she closed the door behind her. Wondering if she maybe shouldn't have gotten a room key before she had visited Alley. She pulled out a chair, resting her head down on the table as she looked out the same window she had when she had first gotten into town.
Seemed like always she was starting old habits. Whistling, she tapped her fingers along to a quiet beat, making sure she didn't make enough noise to wake anyone who might be upstairs asleep. But right now, she couldn't.
