A music style. It's sort of a branch of punk, except not nearly as hard, usually somewhat repetitive, and is almost always about love.
And the singers usually sound like they're about ten years old. Just a side note.

Well, that's what I know emo to be. Though, if you're called an emo, I suppose it means you either listen to the music, or are very emotional.
Or if you dress a certain way, as it is with all cliques.
