ele360 1. As it appears now, you will be able to swap stats around. But not redistribute. So you could swap seal str for seal spd etc. You can also rechoose clan, rechoose village, rechoose role, remake jutsu. That's awesome, I'm going to go ahead and ask for everyone else, Since we're Rechoosing Our Roles, Does that mean whatever perks We obtained for our old character become empy for the New Role? Some people might just keep the old perks as they may want to obtain all of them within all good time; however, I could see this coming up as a question in the future so why not just ask it for all to see and be aware of. Note: also for those perks in which stack; such as, the element, bloodline and a couple others. IF the perks would be able to be switched out would the stacked perks transfer into another stackable perk? or would you get your individual Perk slots back for x amount of stacks put into a perk? meaning if I choose the Elemental Perk x3 into a single element and I switched my element, could I put X amount into that same perk and have X amount left over for other perks.

Your over thinking it.
You are not swapping perks, nor gaining any set value back. Basically your role is whiped clean entirely, and you are allowed to repick. Since you are the same level, you would have the same amount of perks you had before. So lets say right now you have a perk that requires 100INT.
If you dye and switch INT for WP and now your INT is lower than 100. You can select that perk now because you dont mean the requirements.
Think of it like this
Stats -> Role -> Perks - > Jutsu.
Thats basically the order in which it works. So the new perks/role you pick has nothing to do with your old stats. Your basically getting a new profile without taking a reset drawback and without being able to "freely" distribute the stats. Instead, you can only swap them around in their respective categories.

I would imagine perks are reset as well? maybe picked upon recreation? = w=;;
EDIT: yup XD; ele answered it mostly :3 also i randomly did things cause no one answered fast enough... aren't other S4 players just a whiny bunch though? XD;; always complain about something lol.

H'mm, can someone help me out with custom techniques? Like I understand every 15 levels I get a custom, but how do you determine what level they are?

you find level of custom on unlock by taking the int# at unlock, (15, 30, 45 etc) and divide by 3

Just watched Shameless. Its a pretty good show, I intend to continue watching.
Watch List: Californication, Sparticus, Chuck, Shameless, Adventure Time, Jersey Shore, waiting for true blood, V, and possibly Being Human if I can get over the fact that the werewolf is a p***y and the vampire is obviously Edward Cullen.
Edit: Also working on some ole gangsta s**t in the mod forum.
