Kai does not have a ******** rank that you can raise.
Basically, your genjutsus can capture anyone, apparently.

Oxy, let me break this down. I am kage ranked. Normally, this is the scale to learn jutsu.
AC: 2
Genin: 4
Chuunin: 6
Jounin: 8
Kage: 10
But, since I am kage, then anything that is below my level is divided depending how many ranks it is below. So, the revised of it looks like this.
AC: 2/5 = 0.4
Genin: 4/4 = 1
Chuunin: 6/3 = 2
Jounin: 8/2 = 4
Kage: 10 = 10
Now, I also have asharingan implant and at three tomoe, you divide by 1.7 to determine how long it takes to learn jutsu, so:
AC: 2/5 = 0.4/1.7 = 0.2
Genin: 4/4 = 1/1.7 = 0.6
Chuunin: 6/3 = 2/1.7 = 1.2
Jounin: 8/2 = 4/1.7 = 2.4
Kage: 10 = 10/1.7 = 5.8
And then when it comes to Ninjutsu, it takes me one less post to learn. So:
AC: 2/5 = 0.4/1.7 = 0.2-1 = -0.8
Genin: 4/4 = 1/1.7 = 0.6-1 = -0.4
Chuunin: 6/3 = 2/1.7 = 1.2-1 = 0.2
Jounin: 8/2 = 4/1.7 = 2.4-1 = 1.4
Kage: 10 = 10/1.7 = 5.8-1 = 4.8
I learned 29 AC, and 40 Genin ranked ninjutsu at my current rank, which means that I would have 49 jutsu posts that I wouldn't have to do, put toward jounin rank and kage rank jutsu, however, I have already learned all of my jounin jutsu, too, so I have just shy of 50 posts already for kage rank jutsu. So, either way, you need to post at least once for each jutsu, even if it is just a single liner of you doing the actual jutsu.

Genjutsu cannot be broken with Kai, I am sure, if the person is the same rank and genjutsuist, unless the target is also a genjutsuist. Also, Kai, is a genin jutsu, but depending on your personal rank affects the power of kai.

Im so god damn Itchy... Im never going camping again. EVER! crying I have over 250 bug bites. I counted them myself. the count is 252 + and Im so god damn itchy.
