"Me? About two years. Really, not even a blanket? Well jeez, man, take the fuzzy one on my bed. You'll freeze to death overnight. Get yourself some clothes, too. Can't have two smelly guys in the same room, we'd kill each other," he laughed. "So its your first day. Do you know what classes you're taking yet? You can't get the books if you don't buy it. How much you got on you? And don't say 'none' 'cause that'll just be sad."
Peng saw Leon human again, and he raised his arms. He looked almost as if he was going to... Hug Leon. His relief was almost overwhelming. But he stopped, and he let his hands fall to the sides. He closed his eyes and hid away his emotion. "We have to take you to the infirmary. And cover up the scene you made... You almost ruined everything, Leon... He went to head out the door, but stopped and turned to look at the boy. "But I'm glad you're alright..."
Peng phased through the door and unlocked it from the outside, letting Leon get out. "Can you walk?"

Tyler looked defiant again. "I don't know my classes yet. So what if I don't have any? I'll manage." He said. He let out a sigh. "I heard there are jobs, I'll just do a few real quick to make some money, I can make it through one day of without the books." He figured if he missed a few days of sleep and worked straight he could get enough money for the basics. Assuming they paid well enough.
Leon was staring at the floor. "It's not like I try to.." He mumbled to the ground. "I don't need to go to the infirmary. I'm fine, but yes I can walk." He said following peng outside the door. He put his arms in his jacket, cracking a small grin when he heard a squeak.

Luca looked at Jin, and then he had to look away. "I know how he thinks of me... We have our disagreements and he does make me madder than anyone else, but even when we're fighting I can't stand thinking about life without him. I'm not an idiot; I know he thinks that I'm so easy to see, but no one is that simple. But simple and steady is what he needs and... I'd do anything for him. Even if he doesn't think it sounds right or fair, everything I do is for others... Having Nathan here is... Really the only thing I've ever kept for myself. I don't think I could ever live without him. But he's so hard to come around, and sometimes I try to replace him but... I know I really can't." Luca looked up at Jin. "I'm terribly sorry, Jin, I don't know how to be more clear than that." He bowed his head and closed his eyes. "The truth is... I'm a horrible person. The best thing to ever happen to me was Nathan being sent to Hell. If that didn't happen I may have never met him."
"Dude, even if you COULD find a job right away they pay bi-weekly. You wouldn't be able to buy clothes, your books, or hell even BATH supplies for like, three weeks. Babysitting and odd-jobs don't pay near enough, either. Even if the tuition is halved for working students, how the hell could you manage three weeks without your books?" He closed his laptop and stood up. "Okay man, lets go figure out your classes first. Once we figure out what books you need, I'll front you the money. You can pay me back for that and the bathroom stuff I'm buying for you once you get your s**t together. I know how hard it is to be the new guy and I'm not waiting to watch you sink to the bottom. Come on, we gotta get you some classes. Then shopping. Hey, you'll meet some classmates, too, so its win-win!"
"You are NOT... Fine." Peng felt his anger rise, but he composed himself and finished the sentence. "After we get Clayton, you and he are both going to the Order's hospital. You just fought a zodiac AND I had to cut your leg to keep you from eating an innocent citizen. Leon I... Until you can control your wolf-form, I forbid you from changing into it. It seems to be the form you struggle the most in for your humanity and... I don't want you endangering more people. Do you understand?"

Tyler frowned but nodded. "Okay.. I promise I'll pay you back quickly." He declared. He stood up to follow him. "Trust me." He said with determination. He had worked his whole life, it wouldn't be hard. He could do more then most could, odd jobs were right up his alley.
Leon winced, remembering the cut on his leg. Adrenaline had kept the pain from reaching his atteniton but it was wearing off. "But it's my fastest form..." He weakly protested. For some reason leon preferred his wolf form. It was one of the ones that felt most natural when he was in control. "Fine." He promised after a second. "What's a zodiac?" He asked curious. "That tiger dude?"

Peng bowed his head, a sigh escaping his lips. He seemed... Relieved. "Yes. He's one of twelve. A Zodiac is a special breed of humanoids; if you're curious about them, then the library at the base has all their information. Basically, it is a calamity mixed with a prophecy. Ren, the dog, and now Clayton, the Tiger. Those are the two we caught. Before, we were given intel that the girl with the Tiger tail was the tiger zodiac but that intel was incorrect. Clayton proved that. Other members of the Order are obtaining the rooster, the monkey, the boar, the ox, the snake, the rabbit, the dragon, the goat, the horse, and the rat."
Stephen led Tyler down some hallways and stopped at the front hallway with the bulletin. "Well first, what looks good for you here? We can record some of these places on paper and swing buy when we take you shopping. Let's see... This guy needs a babysitter next week, this woman needs a lawn mowed, this old guy needs someone to do some plumbing and... Oh hey! The Suncloud cafe is hiring! That's like, the best job you can get here on campus! Looks like the cafeteria and the bookstore are hiring, too." Stephen looked at Tyler. "So? Where do you want to try out?"

Jin smiled and stroked the man's cheek gently. "Its ok. You can be selfish its a natural thing sometimes. When you truly care for someone being selfish happens I've seen it. You want to keep them so much and it makes you act different." He told him. "I am selfish person but you are lucky because to have the capacity to be selfless and loving. I can't do that I can only be selfish." He told him. "Its ok though I accept it keeping both of you mine is enough for me." He said kissing Luca deeply. He wanted that pretty yellow back. This was the strongest wanting he had ever felt in his whole life. He wanted this passion from them, this adoration, he craved it now like a drug.

Leon's ears perked. "The dragon?" He mumbled to himself. That sounded interesting and powerful. Maybe if he could learn to control a dragon transformation... He sighed and shook his head. "How long till we get there?" He asked, wincing slightly as his leg acted up. His form shimmered as he shifted into a small parrot. He flew next to peng, relieved to not have to walk on his bad leg. "Aye, so where be we goin' Captain?" The bird chirped in a pirate accent. Internally leon was in hysterics.
Tyler hesitated. "The cafe." He said after a second. He figured that would be his best bet at finding a job. "THough I'll do any. But the cafe is my first choice, then the library." He stated. He winced slightly as his wings began to hurt a little. He shook it off and took a deep breath to calm down.

"Good choice, man. Alright, we can do a quick run to the counselor and then make a heading for upstairs. Let's see, you're a first year light student so your counselor would be... Haha, Mr. Dasher Dodger King. Almighty I love that name. Just call him Mr. King though." Stephen knocked on the door and waited.
"Come in, then," a heavily-accented voice called from the other side.
"Mr. King, a new student arrived. Needs to see you about classes." Stephen opened the door to reveal a man with blond hair and a faint mustache and what seemed to be a long black tail. The tail had no scales or fur, but it moved freely like a monkey's would. He sat at his computer, looking up at the boys.
"Roight, new student, then. Best get yer orienteerin' done, eh? Stephen if ye could wait outside fer a bit..."
"Sure Mr. King, go get 'im, Tyler. Good luck." Stephen closed the door, leaving Tyler and Mr. King alone in the room.
"Ave a seat, an' give me a full name."
Peng looked at the parrot, less than pleased. But if it would keep him close and off his leg he wouldn't complain about it. "This hospital is where they took the tiger zodiac. We have to transfer him to our hospital and the law will fix it from there. Usually there is someone else who does this job, but I suppose we're a little short-handed, so its up to us. After that, its back to the base to cover our tracks. This was much more disruptive than I hoped. We need to find a way to keep the peace or there could be a riot." Peng took the elevator to the first floor. He wasn't about to phase through walls to cause an uproar.

Tyler smiled at the name, that was one hell of a name. He tried to not laugh at the accent, but luckily he was well trained in keeping his emotions in check around important people. He slipped back into his previous mentality as he became more formal. "Tyler Seraphim Photas." He replied simply.
"Aye-aye captain. How are we supposed to be transferin' dah landlubber?" Tyler continued on with the pirate accent much to his amusement. He landed on Pengs shoulder in the elavator, keeping most weight on one leg. He laughed at the amused expressions some gave him as he left the elavator when it opened.

"Mmmhmm," Mr. King started typing up something on the computer. "First year student, so you 'ave no credits and no information." Mr. King pinched the bridge of his nose. "Roight Dr. Hughes that damn bleedin' 'eart. Kay then, you a shapeshifta,' wot type o' fightin' ya tryin' ta do? Meelee, majic or ranged?"
"Simple," Peng replied, "We request a transfer and hopefully such a thing has been done before his records have been pulled. It'd be hard for them to do so since he doesn't have any contacts, that being a phone or wallet, and only his name is what they have to search for in the database. Only problem is, he WAS a Curtesian-born child so they DO have those records. The more unknown he is the better. So we have to hurry."
Peng had stood up to the front desk and showed the woman at the counter his badge. "We're requesting a transfer from hospitals for a recent patient. Found mauled by an animal and nude on the street."
"Ah yes, the child is unconscious so we haven't had a chance to get his name..."
"That's fine, just please transfer him to the Order's hospital where he will get special care."
"And where is the paperwork for this transfer, sir?"
Paperwork? "I have not filled out such paperwork."
"Ah, well here is everything you need to fill it out. Once the paperwork is done, we will begin the transfer."
Ugh, paperwork. "Thank you, ma'am." Peng took a pen and went to sit down and finish the paperwork as fast as he could.

Tyler hesitated. "Ranged if possible. I like archery. But if that doesn't work..." He mumbled out. Tyler loved archery, not that he w as allowed to practice it. He wondered what training would be like, though he was confident his body could handle it.
Leon fluttered off peng's shoulder to let him write and landed on the table, turning into a small cat. He let out a small meow as a yawn before resting his head momentarily. All the shifting he had done was starting to be a drain on him, he knew he'd need rest soon or he might fall asleep as an animal. He yawned again, his tail swishing back and forth.

Clone looked up wearily at the woman, trying to reply, but kept getting cut off. She seemed to droop, lowering her hands, still trembling.
"I-I'm, um, not hungry, but thank you." Clone stammered, trying not to stare at the blood on her hands.
"I'll just go wash up..." She added shakily, giving the woman a slight bow before heading towards the bathroom to wash her hands.
"Well, m'glad she hasn't been much trouble. Is it alright if I stick around? Just in case if something happens." The man said, putting his hands into his pockets.
Clara, meanwhile, looked back to Brutus. "Where is desert?" She asked him, wanting to know more about his home so they could find it. She planned to ask Dr. Hughes about any deserts when him and daddy were done talking.
Necro raised an eyebrow. "A lot of time with who? Tell me." He said, sounding rather demanding. Keeping a secret from him was one of the things that would have him pulling his own hair. He hated not knowing something whilst others did, especially when that something had to do with him.

"Fo' a shapeshifter? Alright, we kin make that work... So ya need ta take Math, English, History, Shift Biology, an' at least one extra. You kin take up ta two. I suggest Archery 1 an' Magic Maintenance. That sound alright?" Dasher asked, looking at Tyler.
Peng finished the paperwork and was about to get up, but realized he would disturb the ca-er, Leon. Peng gingerly picked Leon up and walked to the desk, handing the paperwork. "Thank you, Ma'am." With that, he started to head to the base of the Order. "We have to get your wounds checked as soon as possible," He told the cat in his arms, "Do not shift or move unnecessarily."
Hypatia gave him a wink and put her finger up to her mouth. "You'll see~ I promise. If you really need to know, I would get Dr. Hugh's attention."
"Of course, you are more than welcome sir. Oh, by the way, if I might ask... What is your name?"
"I do not know," he replied a bit timidly, looking around, "I do not know this place. I do not know how far away I am. If I knew how I got here, perhaps I would know how to return..."
"Sure sure," Gina took a bite out of a sandwich, separating the food between two of three plates.
Ash came in and looked to Gina. "Where's the kid?"
"Washing up, she isn't hungry. The poor thing looks so scared."
"That wolf was not any joke," Ash replied, "Whatever she did to make it mad, it wasn't going to let her go."
((I'm sorry Perry I didn't mean to aaaaaaaaa >A<; ))
Luca smiled at Jin and hugged him, holding him close. "You are so wonderful, Jin. I don't care how much of a monster you say you are. You are a wonder to me~"
Nathan returned, but said nothing. He kept out of the way, wondering what to do next... He honestly had no idea.

Tyler nodded. "Sounds great. Thank you so much!" He said with a small bow. Things were going easier than he expected. He wasn't in the clear yet though, he still had to land a job. Then he could relax a little.
Leon let out a little Meow in response and passed out harmlessly. He was tired and there was no real harm if he chose to sleep as a animal. A small purr emitted from Leon as he was carried.
