When he saw Aang and Katara being carried by the beast towards new cages, Zuko frowned and raced forward. As he arrived in front of the demon, he held his blades in a defensive position before him and narrowed his good eye.

"KATARA!" Aang yelled with worry in his voice as the waterbender fell to the ground. He then noticed she had only just fainted and was still breathing. As his eyes gazed towards where the demon was taking them he saw Zuko standing in front of the beast. "Zuko, if you get this knife thingy out of my shoulder, I think I might be able to move again" he said hinting with his eyes at the kunai in his shoulder.
[[I asked Chihiro and she agreed that I could move if I just took out the kunai]]

Alright, go Demona!!!!!!!!!!!!!He he.*puts away coffee and takes refuge in a tree, making sure her blades were sharp. She could have to protect herself from the battle*

The monster looked at its new prey with cold unfeeling eyes. A wring of black smoke with a fiery spark puffed from the nostrils. Demona's ears twitched from the news the Avatar verbaly passed to the one called Zuko. From that information schemes, ideas, and predictions were allready forming. Demona the monster had allready placed her wings through pain to get to Katara, and with two hostages over Demona's shoulders who knew what sort of things the monster would do.
An eerie grin began to form on the monster's face;
"Ah, so the one called Zuko has finnaly arrived. You know I do remmember the Moon Lover calling out your name for assistance not to long ago. A pity you never showed up in time." was that a laugh that followed or a snarl? "I have heard many tales about you, the Traitor Prince, I wonder if the spoken words are indeed truth, or merely chattery tales for sensless jest as the Bander-Log do."

"I came here for some sort of bloodshed and chaos." *sighs, her sharklike grin fading a bit* "Say....want to try some of this?" *grin gets even winder as she offers the cactus crack juice*
