"I have alowed the walls of the pagoda to be breached." He bowed. "And one of the invaders is still on the grounds. In the kitchen to be exact."

The emerald-eyed girl hesitates for a moment as if unsure of something, but smiles and answers:
- My name's Sarah, and I'm an elf - she says, moving her hair and showing her pointed ears - As for my age.... uhm, sorry, I lost count - she looks embarassed - I would like to enter the pagoda to find out clues as to why I am here. This is a place of rest, but I don't feel tired... so maybe someone is trying to tell me something.
Sarah notices the commotion.
- Is there a problem? Do you need help?

Sarah smiles and bows back.

- Oh, so you're the owner, then. Nice to meet you. It is very nice of you, to make a resting place for wanderers.

"It's very nice of you to say that Miss Sarah. You may stay in any room that is not already taken. There is a teleportation spell within these walls. Merely think of a place or person and you shall be taken to that spot within these walls. One last thing, the 90th floor is off limits unless you have my approval. That is where my chamber is and there are certain things up there I wouldn't want my guest to get injuried by."

As Cole spoke, his voice betrayed is age. Though he looked fairly young by mortal standard, his voice held wisdom gained over time. Cole's eyes also showed his age. They seemed to hold knowledge beyond age...

Xitha watched the newcomer walk off, then looked up at Cole.

"Quite a few new arrivals. I wonder what drew them here?" she said as she gazed down the path lined with cherry trees.

Standing on the path, there was no mistake...she knew where she was and knew that she had once been there long ago. The hundreds of cherry trees seemed to wave at her as she continued to pass by, their blossoms being caught in the breeze and swewping over the path. It was nice seeing them again.
Finally she came to the gate, and upon seeing the pagoda in the distance the corners of her mouth turned upward into a faint smile that spoke of relief, rememberance, and deep contentment. She had figured it out long ago that, upon all the places she had ever gone - and she has been a lot of places - , there was nowhere quite like the Pagoda... And though she knew she would make her leave again sometime, the Pagoda will always call her back, its whisper being accompanied by a thousand silent echoes.



Aideki smiled at the familiar command, and she calmly answered it as if she had answered it a thousand times before, "I am Aideki, a half human elf who has, quite frankly, lost count of how old she is. Though, I presume I'm around 50 to 60 years old. My wish to enter the Pagoda is as it always has been: to relax, shed the hatred I've acquired, and reaquaint myself with how it feels to be accepted."
With that said, Aideki was let in through the crimson gates.
