Zechs knelt down and picked up his sunglasses. He slipped them back onto his face. All five boys where here then... Iddly he wondered what they had planned.

Something to rescue the hostages of course. Disarm the group without harming anyone.

Rising, the former Oz soldier glanced at the leader. He had given the group their name, hence 'Epyon.' It was on Lady Une's suggestion he had joined the group in the first place, given them their name, infiltrated their ranks. Well, once they had gotten wind of a nameless group planning to hold the Sanq kingdom ransom.

It was a good thing that "Milliardo Peacecraft" was on Mars overseeing the Terraforming project. He just hoped that Noin would eventually forgive him for leaving her there alone.

"Restrain him and put him with the hostages. He's no use to us anymore." Zechs' voice was cold.

Duo kept his eyes lowered as they walked. He didn't mind the idea of being locked in. He could get out of almost anything if he tried hard enough. Plus, he had Quatre and Wufei on their way to free them anyway if he didn't get it fast enough. They shoved him into the room.

Eventually Trowa too ended up in the door not even looking at Quatre. Not wanting a dramatic 'lets look like superheros in the doorway' the proficient pilot walked in and started helping people to their feet. One girl that was slightly pregnant he helped up so much more gentle and made sure she was steady on her feet. When everyone was up and ready "Come one Wu Fei, Quatre, lets get them out of here." As he stayed at the back of the line helping the pregnant woman.

Quatre bit his lip, and didn't say anything to Trowa, he didn't want the other to snap at him again. He knew they where under stress to finish this mission, but that didn't mean he had to be so hurtful. They had been friends for a long time, they had a bond the others didn't have. The blonde made sure everyone was alright. He nodded to the people he knew, a small smile towards the ones he knew well.

Zechs leaned against the wall, hopping the boys succeded in their mission. He was here to bring down the group, but no one other than Lady Une was supposed to know he was back from Mars. When Maxwell saw his eyes, he probably thought he had turned redcoat again. Which would be reported to Lady Une, which would in turn end up being an interesting conversation.

( What shuttle...? There wasn't one. They're on Earth in the former Sanc Kingdom. Plus, they need to round up the Epyon de Telos members, too... )

Mia frowned a bit.

"Okay... so it's been a bit long since I last did anything with you, but do you hafta be a pain now?" She kicked the panel of the Gundam she was sitting in, still buried deep inside the hidden hangar at the Khushrenada Estate.

It wasn't powering up.

Maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all.

(who knows, maybe they're going to outer space. HELL I DON'T KNOW! but nothing is happening and I'm trying to make things move along....sorry I bothered to try...)

(My net is stable for the next month or two anyway. Well as long as Stan or I pay the bill it will be. It is hurricane season here in FL though so that's going to factor into things as well. -eyes tropical depression 4- Don't you DARE turn into a hurricane!!! Anyways...I've never seen a mission go this smoothly EVER. Frankly it's making my trigger finger itch. Which reminds me... I need to get posting for Thea. Oh and Sailor, I need to do some adjusting to Chia as I've finally nailed down the stats.

Personally, I figured some of the "rescued hostages" could turn out to be EdT members and they could revolt against the guys?)

( While the effort to keep things moving is appreciated, it would have been nice to clear with the game moderator a new plot point. There are actually future plans in the works for the next storyline. However, with a new job that has a two hour commute in one direction, it's been hard for me to get online often. I apologize if I'm moving too slowly, but I'm doing the best I can. I work in a call center, so spare time to spend on Gaia during work is limited. If I spend too much time online, I could lose my job, and then it's no Gaia at all because I won't be able to afford paying for internet access.

I wasn't trying to be mean in asking about the shuttle... I was merely asking. There's no need to pull a guilt trip with that comment, which is how it sounded. If I read it wrong, then I apologize for that, too... but it is 1:30 am here and I have to get up in four hours to go to work. I just asked a question. I wasn't trying to bite your head off, so I'd appreciate it if you didn't do it to me. You didn't have to yell back at me.

As for a timeline for the RPG, it was my understanding from the manga it's based on that this takes place shortly after Endless Waltz... I could be wrong, but that was my interpretation/recollection. For reference, that would mean it would be early April of 197, as it's Relena's birthday party, and the Gundam pilots would all be about 16 going on 17... depending on when during the year their birthdays would have been if they all knew them.

And now... a quick catch up on my part... since I didn't get the chance to react for Duo. If possible, I'd like to back it up a bit to pre-shuttle boarding, just for the sake of reaction times... since we do have the bad guys to consider... and no mission is going to be that simple. Let's try to keep it Gundam Wing realistic here. There's always a hitch in a mission on that show. smile

And, yes... I'm too lazy to swap accounts around to get this post out for the characters involved... so Duo's getting written in here with the others. )

Lady Une was not amused. Standing with Mariemeia, Relena, Dorothy, and the ESUN President, she found herself tousled slightly back by the crowd when someone was tossed into the room with them. Rough chestnut bangs hid his face where he kneeled on the floor for a moment.

Then, he snorted in amusement.

"I sincerely doubt anyone in this room finds this amusing, young man," the President snapped.

The teen before them looked up with cobalt blue eyes to meet the President's gaze. "Funny... 'cuz no one outside does, either."

"Duo!" Relena said.

"The one an' only," he said smugly. He pulled his arms free of the bindings, letting the rope slide to the floor. He got up just as the door behind him unlatched, admitting first Wufei and Quatre, then Trowa. "Looks like my backup's arrived," he quipped. He frowned a bit when he saw Quatre's reaction to Trowa.

Okay... something wasn't right... Quatre didn't react to people like that, especially not one of their own... but they couldn't worry about it now.

"We gotta make sure that hallway's clear before we move," he said, heading for the door.

"Wait... what about the terrorists?" Lady Une said quickly, looking at Wufei. He was the full-timer, despite the fact that her research on the pilots during her OZ days indicated that Quatre would have probably made the plan. "What's going on with them and the ransom?"
