Hi! I'm Mayru, and I discovered Twilight in October of '06. To tell the truth, I actually kinda stumbled upon Twilight, if you know what I mean. I was in Barnes & Noble looking for a book called The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. I was on the second floor, waiting for a customer service person, when i saw a Twilight display standing near me; I thought, "Hmm...that looks interesting..might as well take a look while I'm waiting.." and I decided right after I read the summary (which is so short it makes you want to read the book even more) to buy it. After all that, the customer service person told me that the book I was looking for was right behind me the whole time. sweatdrop xd I have yet to read the second book, New Moon.

Hey! I'm Heather. I started reading Twilight in August of '06 and right after I read New Moon as well. The book had always seemed interesting and finally when I saw it at Borders in paperback I bought it and couldn't put it down. My favorite character would most definatley have to be Edward, he's an amazing character and I get the chills just reading about him. My favorite female characters would have to be Alice and Bella. Bella more so because I can relate to her soooo much. PM me if you ever wanna chat about the book or leave me a comment on my profile.

Hey people! I am Claryssa, Autruna, Clary... any of those will do fine. Hrmm... I was told of Twilight in October of 06 by a friend and I kinda kept the information that she suggested it in the back of my head. So... after Christmas, I went to spend my Barnes and Noble gift card. As I was wandering through the store, actually looking for Waterless Sea by Kate Constable, I found Twilight and New Moon sitting there as a recommended book, unfortunately they didn't have the book that I was looking for, so I grabbed up Twilight and did my normal screening, which includes reading the summary, the first page and the last page. Liked what I saw, I did the same with New Moon and bought them both. I started reading them that same day. Three days later, I read them both and searching the web for anything that would tell me that a third one was coming out. I'm so glad I read them cover to cover, finding Stephenie Meyer's website was a godsend, then of course the Twilight Lexicon is great. XD I talk too much I suppose.

Hello~
I just joined the guild as well and I am also guilty of being madly in love with Twilight and New Moon. Surprise, surprise. I've known about Twilight since about September and didn't hear anything about New Moon until a friend of mine brought it to school since she was finally off the waiting list at the library. I read the summaries and fell in love. Of course, there's a billion year waiting list at every library around so I had to wait until January 28th to read them. It was pure toture.
So yeah... I'm a raving Jasper and Edward fangirl. But I'm not as crazy as I seem. I swear.

Hi! My name is Amaya. I started to read Twilight on Oct. 6, 2006. My mom pointed it out to me in the bookstore and I had to have it. I asked for it my birthday, and I started to read it immediately. I love it and I am a Edward fanatic. I have wished I could be Bella at times and other times I have wanted to curse Edward out for his actions, but I am now reading New Moon. I got me friends hooked onto it and now my best friends are reading it.

Hi. I just joined the guild. I found out about New Moon in a school book order and I didn't want to buy it until I read the first one. So I bought Twilight and I absolutly loved it. Then I got New Moon after that. I didn't love it as much but it was still very well made.

Hello! I'm Psychotic napkin (Nappi for short. x3) Well, my sister suggested these books to me about two weeks ago.. which was a really bad idea because I'm obsessed! I read Twilight over the coarse of 2 1/2 days non-stop (except for when I had to pee or eat xD) And New Moon took me about a week (school work limited my reading time ;_ wink For a while, it would cause me physical pain if I wasn't reading or doing something (usually fanart) related to the books.. It was kinda freaky O__o My parents got worried about me.. thinking I was sick, but I was just overly into the books. xD I know that probably sounds quite pathetic but, I guess that's just how my body reacts to ultra-awesome tense, romantic GREAT books c: I can't remember the last time a book did that to me... xD But anyway.. after I finished New Moon I got quite depressed, and have been frequently checking Stephenie's website for updates and such.. I think I've read that whole site 4 times x____x;; BUT I have not yet read the first Chapter of Midnight Sun yet.. I'm saving it for later XD In the meantime, my sister and I have been doing fanart and fan fics of the book. My sister is AWESOME at getting into character and sounds almost exactly like Stephenie Meyer. I, do the fanart and if anyone's is interested, I have posted a new piece of fanart on DA (my WWW) x3 My favorite character would be Bella.. mostly because she reminds me of myself xD I'm extremely clumsy (no joke.. I trip at least ONCE everyday) and if someone like Edward started liking me, I would totally think myself not worthy of his godlyness. It was also quite uncanny, how my heart started racing just like hers when he got close to her xD My second favorite (of course) is Edward. Omg. ;___; Words do not describe...... xD Alice comes in third though ^^ She's so delightfully spunky! <3
SORRY FOR THE WALL OF TEXT Cx

My name is Sen Jay and I've adored this series since 2004 when it first came out. I love all the characters, especially Bella and Edward (and even some antagonists xp ). I even like Jacob Black because I know he's a cool guy - just wound up with his human feelings like the rest of us normally would be if put in the same position as him. 3nodding
I'm not telling anyone to hound Mrs. Meyer, but if you do get a chance to meet Stephenie, she is REALLY cool. She has a good brand of humor, and she's just fun to talk to. biggrin

Hello, my name is Tasha, I just got done reading New Moon for the second time. Even after reading them both two times in a row, I still want to read them again. Of all the books that I have read, and I have read alot of books, these two are the only ones that I have even bothered to read twice. Other than my obsession with Stephanie Meyer, I love to ride horses, hang out with my friends, and swim when the weather is nice. Music is my life, there isn't a day that goes by that I am not singing to a song, or listening to music. I love meeting new people, and I can be a rather pleasant person when people are pleasant too.
I live in Arizona, and am hopeing for the chance to go to the Eclipse Prom, held in Phoenix for the release of the very much needed addition to Twilight and New Moon.
If you want to know anything else about me, don't be shy, shoot me a PM and we can chat!

Hello! My name is Kinara (or Kin) and I am the sister to Psychotic Napkin (who has just recently joined this guild). I have to admit, I wasn't quite sure what to think of Twilight when I picked it up. One of my friends (well, more of an acquaintance) suggested the book to me at a book fair in December of 2006. I've been dying to read something good and it sounded interesting. Before I knew it, I was unconditionally obsessed with the book. It took all the energy I had to draw out reading the chapters in Twilight so that I could savor the magic of Bella and Edward's world. At the time I didn't even know the second novel, New Moon was already out! I thought I was going to have to wait an eternity for it. After I finished Twilight, I was curious about Stephenie Meyer and took a chance to go on her website. When I learned that New Moon had been out for sometime and that the third book in the series was coming out in August, I nearly screamed. I had to bribe my mom to take me to Borders the next day to get New Moon. I tried in vain to make the book last again, but I had it done within a week. Because I'm enrolled in AP classes and Honors classes, I get tons of homework on a daily basis - essays, speeches, ugh (take my advice – avoid these classes. They’re hell). But, despite that, I was up until 12:30 and even 1:00 in the morning reading the books (the following day I would suffer from sleep deprivation - I get up at 5:30). By this time, I have gotten my sister, Psychotic Napkin, to read both books and together we've probably been over Stephenie's website like 10 times. I've read all her outtakes and extras to the books (except I haven't read the first chapter of Midnight Sun, I'm sort of saving it...). Napkin has been devoted to drawing fan-art, while I've been creating fan-fictions (which I'm too embarrassed to post anywhere, but Napkin thinks they are so great that she convinced me to register for this guild). And so, here I am.
My favorite character is Bella - wow, can I relate. I'm extremely clumsy, especially in gym. I got hit right smack in the face once with a soccer ball that left me with my eyes tearing and my glasses broken (didn't we have a fun lunch period that day Nappi? XD). I also got hit with a volleyball, basketball, a speed ball (thank god it was soft!), and have tripped and caught myself more than once. I tend to break a lot of things when I'm home. My sister, Napkin, claims I have little common sense... Anyway, Bella is adorable and easy to get along with. I share several of the same views she has on the world. ^^ Edward - god - I can't describe to you! XD I love him for the most obvious reasons - because the narrator, Bella, does as well. Finally, I love Alice. She is my favorite female next to Bella. I love her wit and spunkiness. She brings fun and light into the whole book. Plus, I love her blatant disregard for the rules. Hehe... In all honesty, I don’t come on Gaia very often. I’m usually so busy, I never have time. And even if I do, I’m not the type to go around posting. But, after reading these books, I need a way to share my love for them. I’m hoping this guild will do just that. ^^ Thanks - this is my long introduction. XD
