I think all of my saddest moments have been said, but also I must put in when Addison first appeared at the end of season 1, and when Meredith says to McDreamy, "I make no apologies for how chose to repair what you broke" and he says "This relationship of ours, it's over." That was sad too. Then there was another scene where they're in the elevator and he comes up behind her and he stops for a second and he looks like he's smelling her hair and he says, "I can't." And finally, the scene where Meredith asks Derek about their last kiss and he goes on about it and I thought that was sad but very beautiful.

When Izzy nods and says "You'll be ok, but what about me" and "so don't do it for you do it for me, if you die I'll never forgive you"
When Meredith removes the breathing tube and then ends up on the floor in the supply closet not wanting her mother to die alone. Derek watching her just about to cry himself because he is so touched, but not being allowed to cross that line and comfort her the way he wants. I was bawling.
Last week arrow when Meredith's Mother was yelling at her for being so ordinary, and then at the end when Meredith comes back to speak to her mother and you don't even realize that Ellis is once again 'gone' and does not know what her daughter is trying to say to her.
I love the episodes that make me cry, it means its a good show!!

I never really cried but the one episode that really made me sad was the one where Georges father died ! I was depressed the rest of the day ! sad

the saddest moment was when Denny died and Izzie was like all over his dead corpes... I was so crying in the inside crying

The entire ordeal with Denny and Izzie. When Denny died and Izzie trying to deal with it. Alex having to pick her up off the bed... I don't think I've ever cried that much while watching television!
Really most of my other saddest moments have been mentioned here. Denny and Izzie just got to me the worst, though.

Last night when Merideth was in the hospital and Derek and the rest were all crying. It made me cry.

I've been a tear-fest watching the show, but the saddest is definitely when Denny died and Izzie was laying with him.

Okay, prolly been postes billions of times. But hands down, the scene after the prom when Denny was smiling then all of a sudden his heart gave out and he died.... Seriously, I cried ALL NIGHT.

Please don't let this turn into something it's not. . .
1. When they were slowly pulling the girl off the pole, and then Mer was all "We can't just abandon her!"
2. When they put Doc to sleep.
3. Whenever Derek gets teary-eyed
Those were the first ones I thought of, but there are a lot more.
. . .I can only give you everything I've got.

i cry during every episode
the worst moment though was when Izzie was crying over Denny and Alex pulled her off him and cuddled her. that was...bad...
and when they were playing "Chasing Cars" the whole last scene of the last episode of Season Two, yea i cry my eyes out everytime I see that scene.
and when Callie is all pissed off at George for not saying "I love you" back
and he pins her to the wall and says "Give me time to mean it!"
i bawlled when he said that
and (highlight to read, spoiler for those who didn't see last weeks episode)
when Derek was climbing up with hypothermic Mer in his arms, all ridiculously teary-eyed and ... what's the word? ... despair-looking!
and when McSteamy squeezed Derek's arm
heart-wrenching...
and the Lionitis kid episode. When he talked about just wanting once for someone else besides his parents to think he was perfect jsut the way he was. yea...
and...
well there are loads, but that about does it for me.
OH
and when bomb-squad guy in Season 2 told Mer to picture someone she liked so she could listen, and there's McDreamy telling her what to do, and she's crying
and i cried when Derek talked about their last kiss...because he was wrong...-twitch-

omg! i got ubber sad about that whole Denny thing. i cried for like ever! it was so sad. i felt really bad for Izzy.

The last three episodes have been really hard to watch, especially with Meredith almost dying and McDreamy looking so McHelpless. I've actually cried my eyes out because of it.
