Loona Wynd Working on the last rework for this spell. Then I can start thinking about the one for success. This week has been a bit of a challenge yet fun. It has indeed biggrin

Loona Wynd Yeah. Aside from the hex aspect there is one other thing that has been found in all of these spells. They are all tinctures designed to be burned or used else where. I think that's one of the reason I tried to put so much thought into this last tincture. I figure if I can make one for gaining money and luck I should be able to come up with something against money and luck. I named it Justice because I was thinking of some one getting what they deserved when it comes to magic. I've never really explored writing a hex before so I think that was the other thing I was trying with this week. It didn't seem natural to me.... Aye, it's been an interesting week.

Vox_Draconis I'll have to have a look, I've not read every spell in that book lol. I know I've seen it in several different sources. That may be one of them. I don't know.

Vox_Draconis Aye, it's been an interesting week. In the witchcraft thread I mentioned how my own inner nature is that of a healer. So in some ways I was working against myself when I wrote some of these spells. On the other hand I felt that if I can start to understand how the other end of the spectrum works my healing will improve. I could curse an ailment away or something like that.

Vox_Draconis It might be in the only Anna Riva book I own...Hmmm If you can't find it in any of your sources I'll provide it for you. It was one of the ones I was considering working with. There was another one that dissolves poppets essentially which can also be used as a hex and one for sleeping I thought about using.

Well I have four tincture recipies ready to be made. They would have counted as spells for this week. If I had done them, I would have been able to plan out the blessing and directions for them. However I don't feel that it was a good business decision. That's why I didn't use them, even if it would have been the easy route.

Though I did come up with ideas for more tinctures as well as oils and washes. So I'm calling this first week a win.

Vox_Draconis Loona Wynd Rework 3 Bring the flames of JusticeMaterials: 190 proof alcohol Stinging Nettles Cinnamon Black Pepper Red Pepper Marigold Fire safe container to burn mixture in Spell: In an air tight glass container steep the herbs in 190 alcohol (ratio about 4:1 4 parts alcohol per part herb) for 2 weeks After two weeks strain the herbs and bottle the alcohol On a night with fair winds and weather go outside and in your fire safe container pour the liquid infusion. Light the infusion. Visualize the flames of justice reaching those guilty of what ever crime it is they are guilty of That sounds effective, though I would probably call upon Tyr in the process as his domain is that of justice. I'm actually thinking of making this or a variation on this for a tincture for my store smile

Plus I wouldn't nessecarilly sell it just as a justice hex, but also for protection in court and other justice related practices
