Hello, Silver members! I'm Aeon-of-Eclipse, one of the moderators of Silver, and the lead writer of the current arc, the Marauder's Storm! I know some of you may be a little worried about the recent inactivity that has been plaguing this guild, and I'll try and answer some of your questions.
Firstly, about the inactivity itself: saying this autumn is a slow one for us all is an understatement. I as well have been swept by classes and had to momentarily take a step back from the guild to sort things out. The other mods have also been incredibly busy, and no doubt some of you other posters also got crazy busy. We will work to try and get us going back to our regular pace. NO WE ARE NOT DEAD.
Secondly, about the post orders: we know we have stated several times about waiting on others to post. This is a reminder to stay in touch with members you are interacting with in the IC. Send them PMs, and keep up to date with their status. If you know they aren't going to be posting anytime soon, and you're waiting on them, work something out. The rules do state that skipping someone in the post order is acceptable if enough time has passed.
Thirdly, about the story: A reason for the inactivity itself might have been about the story. I had planned on posting the next part of the IC story when enough posts were made. Unfortunately, since there was a slump of inactivity, I withheld this post in anticipation of more posts. Obviously, it didn't work.
Which brings me to the arc post that was just put into the IC: with this post, a timeskip has been implemented, as well as some special instructions. I have spoken with some, and have taken note that their activity is still spotty, and have taken measures to ensure that those can post can do so without having to wait on those still absent. With this timeskip, post orders have been reset. By default, assume that the characters you were grouped with before the timeskip are still together, unless you desire your character to leave the group. Because of this, inactive members can be skipped in posts, BUT NOT DISREGARDED OR AUTO'ED.
Apologies must be given to those who patiently awaited posts that weren't crazy busy. Apologies! We will try and get back up and running in due time. I promise to try and bring this arc to an end soon and get the next arc running! Don't worry! Not everything in Silver is all war and death! Good times up ahead!

Hey all! My week or whatever leave extended into several months, which I apologize heartily for! My netbook stopped working completely (hopefully electrical and not the hard drive so late when I have money i can get my stuff back) and I did not have access to my desktop either. Still doing extra shifts at work, but getting more into the habit of it, especially once the holidays are over (I worked three nights in a row, have tonight off, then another two nights before going back to four in a dependable row). ANYWAY. Long story short, I hope to rejoin you all quite soon =D
