Still standing still, Atticus would listen around him as the sound of footsteps would be heard, suddenly he would become surrounded by five of the puppets. Not saying a word, Atticus transformed both of his hands into swords and began fighting all five on his own. As he fought, the sound of his sword clashing as well as the puppets screams would reach the ears of Shira and the others. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

  ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Suddenly, a big explosion would be seen and felt, by Shira's group. The force was so strong that it shook the town. Coming from the direction of the explosion a single pair of footstep could be heard, coming from within the flaming inferno. As they grew closer a figure would emerge from the explosion, dressed in a slightly different black coat, but his face was completely exposed, "Shira, I've taken care of the ones following us. We should leave now. I'm pretty sure that explosion will draw in the other puppets." the figure said as it sounded exactly like Atticus, but his eyes were so cold and emotionless that one would not even recognize him.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

She stopped when she heard a explosion as well as everyone else. She looked over at Atticus then "Well no kidding..." She muttered as she rubbed her head. She turned to the others "Let's get moving everyone, we need to pick up the pace. DWMA, keep a look out for any others, defeat them on spot without hesitation." Spreader of Despair ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Atticus would take his place at the rear and start back walking. As he walked, Atticus would see a little girl fall down and start crying, as she did all of the other members would seem to ignore her. Walking up behind her, Atticus would look down, "Why is it that they ignore?" he asked the little girl. "Because unlike the other children I never had a family to begin with, I was just an abandoned kid. Many see me as nothing but a nuisance." she said as she stared up at him. "I see." was all he said as he knelled down and picked the girl up, "I guess that makes you and I alike, sort of." he said as he placed the girl on his back started back walking. Atticus had noticed this girl before, she was the only who did not fear him earlier, she had actually smiled at him.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Seeing him with the little girl made her smile warmly at him then before turning back. She used her soul perception to look around before freezing then "Everyone get into the building over there!" As she did, the little girl would embrace, Atticus' back, showing him that she was frightened, "Don't worry, little one. I will protect you." he said as he ran towards the building and placed her down, "Stay here until I come back." he ordered as he then met up with Shira. "This should be fun." She muttered before looking down "Atticus, can you turn into twin swords please, make sure the copy has a higher wavelength output than the original?" She asked, just in case he didn't remember the training they did.
