For the record
If it was possible for an eevee to look any better than it does in B/W, I'd like to see someone try
-needs to get importing-
So it's actually official that the server's down? I thought it was just a screwy connection (times....14)

Yes, it's official. The official Pokemon Global Link site confirmed. (the 2nd link Lorika provided)
Nothing to do really except train our teams and wait to dream... confused

Argh it's been forever since I've been in here! I still haven't gotten my 6th badge, but Spring Break is (literally) about 3 hours away, meaning I will hopefully be able to (once all the homework is done... stare ).
@Red: Let me know what you'd like in return for the Zorua. ^^

So far, I've got 2 pokemon that I'd like to trade for. I'll name more later.
-Gurdurr (to become Conkeldurr on trade; preferably male)
-Archen (will NOT accept if it's the only one you have; please breed it to trade)
I just hope our trading isn't hindered by technical issues like our tournament battles were...

AWESOME, I can handle both of those ^^ I had a feeling you'd be out for a Conkeldurr XD
I could also send over a Boldore---> Gigalith... and could also manage a Seadra---> Kingdra if you wanted it, but I'd need to go and catch a horsea
What's your FC, Red? ^^
EDIT: Oh, I should probably let you know that most of my pokemon are infected with or have overcome the Pokerus and thus have its effects - if that's unacceptable, please let me know

@Lorika: That's fine; I was going to transfer some of my carriers over from Diamond anyway, so I'd have infected pokemon either way.
It took a while to get your female Eevee... while waiting to get a girl, I ended up hatching a grand total of 9 Eevees (8 male, 1 female). So... yeah, I got surplus. sweatdrop *evolves a couple of the males with the extra evolution stones Diamond has before transferring to White*
My FC is 4212 3743 9023.
I'm not sure if that will change once I start using the 3DS though... It's being released in the States tomorrow, and I plan on picking one up. If it does change my code, I'll re-post it.
EDIT: Let me just say this: That transfer mini-game is harder than I thought it would be.

I have a million extra pokemon I bred but didnt fit what I wanted just sitting around in my boxes... Getting them all was nowhere near as annoying as trying to breed my Tirtouga for a friend, though. Eventually I just gave up after it disliked something like six or seven different dittos. Breeding Archen was way easier x__x; EDIT: Oh, I guess we need to arrange a date and time to both be in the wifi center for the trading, so you just say whenever's convenient for you and I'll be there ^^ Let me know your timezone, too, preferably in terms of GMT+/- if possible.

Heh... I think it's more likely that the Random Number Generator was just being stubborn... though I do have to say that the fact that there isn't an obvious marker telling that there's an egg to pick up is annoying. (D/P/Pl had him turn towards the road, and HG/SS had him call on the PokeGear)
New York is in the EST timezone, which I believe is... (-5) if I remember correctly... Gaia shows the timestamp of the posts in local time, right? We can confirm by comparing the time I see on the post on submit to the time you see on the timestamp where you are.
As for the day, how does next Saturday afternoon sound (April 2nd)? Since I get home from work kinda late, I doubt we'd be able to do it during the week.
EDIT: The timestamp for this post reads 3:49 PM for me.

@Rocket: You said you caught all 3 elemental apes, right? Any chance you can trade me a Pansear for the Zorua?

NEWS: Apparently a new game has been opened on the Pkmn website that if you beat it you win an Eevee-lution with a Dream World ability for when they release the Dream World worldwide. The caveat is that you need to have the Pkmn Trainer Account set up in order to transfer your prize later.
It's the "Befriend a Pokemon" game, and basically a game of Breakout.

Sorry I've been such a hermit lately. >< But I've been productive(?) in the game, getting two badges yesterday and the last one today! ^^ I've got 5 out of 6 of my final party Pokemon and they've all got great movesets. It's just a matter of level-grinding now. I'm hoping to beat the game real soon!
@Red: Yep! I've got one each of the three monkeys. Pansear's my least favorite of the lot so I'd have no problem trading it to you. If I want another one I can catch it if need be.
Just in case, I have a Plume Fossil which I can get Archen from and then I'll breed it if you want. ^^
EDIT: Oh yeah! I also went through the story with, encountered, and caught Thundurus today. ^w^
Patience and the right moves. That's all it really takes. =D

@Rocket: If your team is strong enough to handle a Lv54 dark dragon, you should be fine... just buy plenty of medicine, just in case.
Cool. So the trades we've got lined up so far are:

Heya guys! XD Had a busy week this week, so I haven't been on. And it's my birthday tomorrow!
Cofagrigus sounds fine to me, Red... in fact it'd help get rid of a few extra Yamasks I have lying around! ^^ And Saturday afternoon sounds fine... name your specific time and I'll be there ^^
If possible I'd like the Zorua hatched... if I have to ride back and forth across that bridge one more time I might have to strangle something...
I got a Leafeon from the game on the site =D I'd been planning on getting one for myself anyway, but hey, who doesn't love free stuff?
Yaaay TRG!! keep plugging away ^^ And yeah, that Hydreigon sucked o___o I beat all the others with ease, but that monstrosity nearly wiped my party...
I caught my Thundurus easily with a Mean Look! XD You know who the most annoying to catch was? Kyurem!! I had to reload idk how many times, because I kept accidentally killing him or wasting all my balls. Eventually I think I managed to send him to sleep without him KOing my Petilil, and managed to catch him that way.

After several failed attempts, I earned a Flareon the first time, but passed over it in favor of an Espeon, which I managed to win after another good 30 minutes of fighting with the game. (stupid mouse controls...)
@Lorika: Not a problem. I'll be happy to hatch it for you. I actually found that White Forest is a nice place to ride around in circles for to hatch eggs (Bike + pokemon with Flame Body + plenty of clear riding room = quicker hatching). Since I'm going to be the Original Trainer of the pup, would you like me to give it a nickname?
Also, as a birthday present, I'll breed one additional harder-to-get pokemon for you: the Starter of your choice. Gens 1-4, whichever starter you'd like, I'll breed, hatch, (nickname, if desired) and trade for anything you want (like another Yamask, since you said you had too many). Just let me know which starter to breed for ya. 3nodding
