Alexander firmly shook her hand. Dodge is quite a peculiar name, Alexander thought to himself.
"Where exactly is the safari zone located? I haven't been this far from my hometown very often..."
He looked down with a thoughtful expression on his face.

Dodge quickly removed her hand from his. She sighed and brushed back her strawberry-blonde bangs. "Its right next to Fuchsia, so, it should be a easy walk." Dodge turned her head away, "Lets get moving, k'?"

Alexander walked through route 18, he looked over at the tall grass. It seemed millions of red eyes were glaring at him. One set of eyes revealed itself to be a mere oddish, to which Fang growled at and threatened, the oddish scampered off. Fang was certainly more cocky, Alexander observed. We needed a winning attitude like that to win more battles. Alexander found a bike parked outside Cycling Road, he also saw a pack sitting outside the tall grass. He took two calciums, a protein and three pokeballs from the bag and dragged the bike toward Cycling Road. It was the trainer's fault for leaving it anyways.

The guard at the gate looked on suspiciously towards Alexander, Alexander merely nodded in his direction and rode past him on the path. "Young man, where are you going at such a late hour?" The guard spoke harshly.
Alexander scoffed. "There's no need to yell sir, I'm not intimidated by anyone, that includes you. I'm merely off to train my pokemon. So please, leave me be."
Alexander sped off on his bike, the guard had a shocked expression on his face, this kid was questioning his authority, he was legally obligated to pursue him.

The officer grabbed his motorcycle and sped off after Alexander. Alexander saw that the pace was picking up, he returned Psy into his pokeball and put Fang in his backpack.
"Let's kick things up a notch!" Alexander yelled, then Fang used fire blast to propel the bike further forward. The blast shot towards the guard and almost took him out. The guard sharply turned to dodge the flames, then thought to himself, that kid can be charged with assaulting an officer! Just the case I was waiting for. He picked up a walkie talkie.
"Guard dog to Eagle eye, Guard dog to Eagle eye, I need backup in the vacinity of Cycling Road, stat!"
"Copy that." Came the response.

Alexander pedaled faster, Fang had stopped shooting fire blast, he needed to recharge.
"Fang! Grab a calcium from my bag and take it!"
Fang swallowed both of them by mistake, he felt intense, his fire attacks were much more powerful now. Alexander looked back and saw several headlights racing towards him, there were at least 4 motorcycles on his tail. The gaurd on the far right threw a pokeball that landed in front of Alexander's wheels, the bike hit the pokeball and flipped over. Alecander flew off the bike and cried out. Fang leaped out safely landing on his feet and helped Alexander regain his footing. Just then, a beam of light sho out of the guard's pokeball, a graveler came out, revealing itslef and trapping Alexander in a full nelson with two arms, binding his waste with the other two.

Alexander tried to squirm free, but the graveler had a rock solid grip. Fang bit Alexander's pocket and Psy came out of its pokeball. It used confusion to make graveler let go. Alexander escaped barely and ran on the opposite side of the guards. Psy, Fang and Alexander all stood their ground and prepared to battle. Psy stepped forward, Psy never really battled on his own before.
"Psy! Use disable on graveler!" Psy did so and graveler couldn't move.
The guard grinned, "Don't you think more difficult trainers have tried that in the past little boy? Graveler! Show them what we do with troublemakers!"
Shards of rock sho out from Graveler's body and rushed towards Psy.

Psy recoiled from the strong shot, but stayed strong. Aelxander decided not to bother with a normal type attack against a defensive graveler. "Psy, confusion!"
Psy gave Graveler an intense headache and Graveler started crashing into all of the motorcycles, they flew in all directons and lay on the ground. Alexander knew he had to folow up somehow... "Psy! Use confusion and toss a motorcycle at Graveler!" The motorcycle shattered against the body of Graveler and Graveler fell over.
"HEY!" Yelled the guard, that's cheating! We won't forget this!"
Graveler was unable to battle. (Psy gains 55 exp)
The guards all released pokeballs, a Houndoom, a Rhydon, an Exeggutor, a Murkrow and a raichu came out. Alexander knew trying to fight them all off was hopeless. He returned Psy to his pokeball and rode off on one of the motorcycles that ewas close to him. It couldn't travel as fast after taking blows from Graveler, but at least it was a means of transportation.

Alexander gained a lot more ground on the momtorcycle, especially since he was basically uninterrupted. He had already reached Celadon before midnight, he left the motorcycle in a crumpled heap set ablaze by Fang before walking off into the streets...he knew a lot of creeps were out this late, so he eyed the surrounding area warily. It was surprisingly emppty.

Dodge emerged from the brush. Upon telling Alexander she was leaving, forever, half way back to her house she opened the car door and jumped into the bushes. It was painful, that she could tell, but now she was friendless, food less, and worst of all, Alexander thinks she is gone. All her Pokémon were in their balls, so no one would recognize her without her Ninetales. Then she suddenly remembered this was the place she started at, the place she met her best friend. She suddenly felt cozy in her surroundings, but she could tell, her parents had already ordered police to find her. It was time to get away. Dodge let Ninetales out, and upon release, she ruffled her fur. Ninetales jumped onto Dodge and licked her and Dodge just simply laughed. She suddenly put a finger to Ninetale's fox-like lips. "Let's go." She whispered. Ninetales got up, and Dodge slowly got onto her back. Ninetales began to run, with Dodge holding onto her fur.

After healing Ella at the pokemon center, and saying goodbye to Mitsuki, Anna decided to hit the road again. Neither her of Ella wanted to quit and rest in Veridion, so they just kept going...
"Hm, so I think the next city after Viridion is Pewter city, and there's a Gym Leader there. Would you be up for a battle Ella?" Anna said to her.
Ella bounced happily. "Ok great! Pewter city it is then!" Anna said smiling.

After a short ride with Ninetales cramped legs, she began to slow as she came up to a young woman. Dodge smiled, still clinging to Ninetale's hairy body. The young woman looked as if she had just started in this world, but, she had a Pokémon by her side. Eevee, what a cute Pokémon! Dodge thought. "Hey" she said to the young woman. "Do you need a escort to the next city?"
