Simple, a real persons ability could consist of anything, such as Orihime's power could defy the will of God himself. No known shinigami has had that kind of power.

I think i'm going to make a rule where when you start out you must start out as a human in the real world for a certain amount of time and to become spiritually aware you must roll a certain number when posting your profile. (You have to live before you can die.)
