This just keeps getting more and more awesome. heart I love all the powers you've assigned to everyone, and how you have the confusing intros include a short backstory. A backstory for everyone would be too much all at once. If you have them later, that's cool, but all at first would have been tiring.
I hope you include physical descriptions for everyone, eventually. You have a few characters physically described, but the rest of them are still just names and listed abilities... as you're using real names, I wonder if you'll be using true-to life likenesses?
'Stony's powers rock, and Rene and Alliance seem pretty buff, too. Only one thing can come of this: DEATHMATCH. [/bad idea]
After the intros are through, or mostly through, I can't wait to see what the commanders have in store for our Abberants in Project Moebius, though I have to admit I'm completely lost on Project Blue. *Must read again*
I love the interaction between Megh and Ro, and my powers rock OMG I WANT THEM SO MUCH. gonk heart

Character details are quite nice. I can already think of a few interesting ways to combine peoples' powers for a more enjoyable effect. Alliance's power definitely caught my interest, when fully described. 3nodding

This is only exploding my imagination. Reading you while listening to Yoko Kanno's Rise and Yuki Kajiura's Nowhere is a bad thing.
I like the codenames and abilities a lot. I think I even have a handle on the damage the shrieker causes and why. It's not good to accelerate the -air- to hypersonic speeds.
My vanity's kicking in, but I'm patient. I'm sure with the class we'll hear Meghan and Rowan's classifications.
And, Gen...If you have neither song...Find them. Oh my god. THey fit your storie so well. Just from these scenes alone I could make a trailer for this story with 'Rise'.

Excellently written so far, Gen. 3nodding heart The latest chapter could have been heavy-handed with all that exposition, but it's not; it flows perfectly and both the characters described and the characters present are wonderfully balanced and described. I'm REALLY excited to read more! mrgreen
Hell, I'm so into this already that I want to know who she rejected. xd heart More! More!

And now we have the pressure cooker.
A meghan pulled from her passion by her friend, called to teach students ranging from blind optimism to potential extremism, and all of them with powers that -could- compliment, if they can work as a unit.
And the tension builds.

I like the interplay between the characters. You've really got the sense of the characters down and their dialog reflects their personalities. 3nodding I find myself envious. heart

Chapter Six was quite interesting. Not just because it revealed a large part of the cast but because it raises the issue of Meghan and Rowan, two Aberrants, are being employed by an entity, the US Government, which is saying to the public how Aberrants are dangerous and yet has no qualms with collecting young Aberrants and using them. I think it's an interesting conflict, and I wonder how the students feel about that.
Seven was neat; we get to see more character interaction, and as Romuel said, we can see that these kids are really diverse in personality and beliefs, so it could be tough for the teachers to iron them out and make them a team. Not just on the interstudent relationships, but probably between teachers and students, too.
And wow, I've used THAT excuse many a time, I'm sure. sweatdrop When I read Matt's reply to Meghan's questioning, I just had to laugh because it sounded exactly like something I'd say. xd
EDIT: Also, these powers are all great! I think they really fit each person, such as Robin being good with chemicals, Micheal having the personal honor code, Gendou's shadow powers, and the list goes on. I think Sandra's power of people either immediately noticing or not noticing her is my favorite, though. That just strikes me as a power you can have some serious fun with. xd
