(The bandages are set, and will help with healing when resting, though there won't be any immediate HP gain.)

Jin's memory had served him well, the bleeding had stopped by a tight bandage made from cloth he ripped off the fisherman's jacket. It would serve Jakob well. The monk stood from his sitting position with a nod, he felt he had done the best he could in the situation. The thief was far from injured but his nasty wound wouldn't worsen either.
Jin moved back and sat down where his staff had rolled off to. He hoped the rest of the sailing would be smooth. Though the monk could hope all he wanted, he knew things would go as they needed to. His gaze fell upon the rest of his party, none looked rattled or injured so he could take it easy for a moment and mentally prepare for the next situation.

Camlin, having relatively little medical knowledge, took to examining one of the tridents the fishmen had left behind, be it reasons of fleeing or of death, instead. "You said that they have been attacking fishermen as well, right? How do you usually deal with them?"

The man shook his head, and splayed his fingers out defensively. "Well, they usually don't attack if you don't resist. Normally we just let them take what they want, then they leave. Better than being stabbed, after all. A couple of guys have gotten touchy with them, but they didn't actually kill any of them, just messed them up pretty bad. Compared to the hobgoblins, they're saints... But i'm glad you killed them all the same."
Looking over his shoulder towards the horizon, he continued speaking. "We've still got a ways to go. You guys should get some rest, it'll give you an opportunity to heal up a bit. And, um... Would you get rid of those bodies?"

"Well, at least this scourge has been dealt with. Even if that last one returns to more of their kind, it is unlikely that they'll be attacking any boats in the near future, for fear of similar repercussions." Mareak says, , making his way to the front of the boat. After pulling the bolts that remained in the departed foe and the boat itself, he made his way back to his seat. Taking his spellbook, he grins to the fishermen and his companions. "I think I'll let one of my more physically inclined allies deal with the bodies."

Jin moved over, their bodies now at rest they needed a proper place to sleep forever. Jin had no idea what their customs were but he figured he would return the fish men from whence they came.
As Jin moved to take the corpses off the boat he had remembered the bard saying something about searching their bodies. So out of selflessness he figured he should go ahead and search for them. As a monk he was taught to never be greedy, and the Locathah were no longer using their items. As a monk he was also taught efficiency so he would see what he could find. Jin began to search the bodies before picking them up and casting them over the deck.

(No need to roll for these, You'd have to be blind to not spot what they have on them. Practically naked fish men don't have many places to hide things.)
Both Locathah seem to be armed only with simple tridents made out of coral. The smaller of the two wore nothing and as such had nothing else. The larger of the two had on a belt made from kelp strands that had a small pouch on it, which contained 17 Gold Pieces.

Jin took his findings back to the group. Laying it down on one of the benches not in use he took a few steps back and sat down. Lifting his legs up and crossing them he quickly balanced and watched his group. The fish men were at rest and the spoils were to be split now he supposed.
Quickly he fell into a meditative state, his eyes closed be began to wander about in his own darkness. His mind had no limits so practicing his martial arts here was perfect, and prepared him for upcoming battles.

Jakob nodded to his monk companion. The bandages didn't subdue the pain but it stopped the bleeding; Feeling comfortable would have to come later. Taking no interest in what the fishermen had to say or the cleanup/looting after, Jakob rolled over and closed his eyes trying to get some shuteye before they reached land.

((What's worse is that he just wasted a crit thread in the search rollings XD))
Camlin took to looking over the tridents, wondering exactly how they had gotten them to look like they did; was it grown, or crafted. The latter seemed more plausible, but there were many strange things out in the world, after all. Sadly, had he known that there was still some time before they would be at the hobgoblin's camp, it might have been a little easier to let a few magics fly.
Turning to the fisherman once more, Calmin spoke up again. "Have you ever thought about trying to establish a trade route with them? It would save on the open hostilities, and have it's own rewards. Think of all of the undersea treasures that lay down there; mysteries wrapped in stories of long ago. Even things like these wouldn't be so far fetched to have," he said, rotating one of the tridents in his hand lightly, letting his palm become familiar with the texture of the coral. "All you'd really need is someone who knew Aquan. The way that the leader was issuing orders shows that they have enough intelligence for things like that, and the fleeing fishman proved that they are not without reason."

"Well, sure enough the fish-men have their own band of reason, but who around here speaks their language? Besides, for the most part they are happy to keep to themselves, but they've got a bit of a chip on their shoulder regarding fishermen. One too many accidents, I reckon. These guys, though, they're just a bad seed. Most aren't robbers. It's the same as any other intelligent creature, some are bound to be not so nice, I guess. Now that these guys are gone, I doubt we'll have much more trouble."

"Learning a new language isn't that hard. If you're dedicated to it enough, a month may be all you really need. But, if you want, I could try it myself, if you wish, once I've learned it." A moment of silence floated between them before an odd idea struck Camlin. "I wonder how they'd react to seeing a feline," he mused outloud, the idea of them fleeing from such a small beast amusing him lightly.

The boat continued on for some time, night falling soon enough. Though it was hard to make out in the dark, a small island was just up ahead. The fisherman pulled as close to shore as he was able. "You'll have to wade a little bit, but the waters here are to shallow for me to go any further, and I don't want to risk using their dock, that could ruin our element of surprise."
The group, once it managed to make its way to shore, was presented with the small island. It was mostly rocky, able to hide the boat from view. While many of its features were hard to make out, it seemed to only have light shrubbery for foliage, and a path made its way from a shoddy dock to what once looked like a light house, but now was missing anything over the first floor. Rubble lay all about it, as if no one picked up anything from where it fell. The light of a bonfire flickered in the ajar entrance to the building, and smoke billowed freely from the rooftop, displaying the holes in the architecture.
(All wounds are healed up from resting on the boat, so everyone is at full HP.)

Jin took his quaterstaff with him from the boat as he slowly waded his way over to the small, rocky island. Luckily he had no armor or heavy weapons so he had little difficulty with things that could rust or make him drown.
By the time he got to the rocky surface his monk's outfit was wet but it was made of rich materials. It was also rather thin and flexible so it wouldn't be long before they were dry again. The monk looked over to the small settlement. Jin got a litle higher on a rock and looked over to the bonfire. He hoped these hobgoblins weren't smart enough to post any guards. Though it wasn't anything they could take out. Especially after the last fishy endeavor.
