Looking up, Kouri smirked. "Lia!" She exclaimed. Sitting up quickly, she flopped over so as to lay on her stomach instead of her back. "Man! You should've seen me today! I took on the Gora Gang all by myself! Y'know how they stole our 'pops last week? Oh boy did I ever get 'em back! Took all their bread in fact! And I jumped off a cliff jus' t' make 'em feel sorry! Heh!" She said, smirking. Noticing her expression, she looked over to the unconscious boy. "Oh yeah! This guy was stranded unconscious on the beach 'n I saved 'im." She said lazily. "He weighed a helluva ton."

"Well let's get him on shore and make sure he's okay." Lia helped her carry the boy a little farther away from the water nd they plopped him in the sand.
Lia leaned over him to see if she could hear his heartbeat. There was one.
"Well, at least he's breathing." She said. "So he didn't swallow to much water."

"Whoopdie flippin doo." She said with a sigh. Kouri always acted like this. She meant well, it was just hard to see through her naive attitude.

Sighing, Kouri said in a pout "I went up against the Gora Gang an' all you care bout's some dumb boy." She said with a huff.

"Oh. Good job." Lia smiled. "Sorry, I cared about a human life, more than your daily activities." She came and sat next to Kouri.

"You should be." She said in a sarcastic way, smirking. "I'm the one that saved him anyways! Don't go off marryin' the poor boy now." She snorted.

Glaring at her friend, she said "Hey! I knew he was alive! Why ELSE would I save hi-AAAH! IT MOVED! HE MOVED!" She said, jumping.
Groaning, the boy turned over, coughing. Water came from his mouth.

Looking up, Ren yelled in surprise, falling backwards, landing on his butt in pain. Scrambling back a bit, he looked around before setting his eyes on the strange girls in front of him. Shaking from the cold, he said "Wh-Who-Who're you?!" Defensively, his lips slightly blue, and his eyes wide in what might have been fear. He sort of reminded Kouri of a scared chipmonk....He looked adorable and scared. Hence, he was a chipmonk. She zipped her lip however, eying her friend Lia with interest.

Lia giggle nervously. "I'm Lia." She looked over at Kouri.
Okay im trying my hardest to not turn her into a mary-sue. But he's just cute.))

At hearing her giggle, he only stiffened more. Shivering, he held himself together by folding his arms around his waist..."Wh-w-Where am-m I?" He stuttered, looking around, though still looking back warily to make sure none of them moved. Sighing, Kouri smirked. "He' like some wild animal." She joked, snickering.

"You're on Destiny Islands." Lia answered him. "Are you a tourist?"

Staring at her with an incredulous look, he said "No...I d-don't know h-ow I g-g-got here." Flatly, looking at her as if he was analyzing to see if she was safe or not.
