Crow just grinned, and put the feather-and-fur not-a-hat on top of her lacquered not-a-helmet, and dragged on the princessy gown just for good measure.

"I'd tap that," Hellis snorted and wrapped his arm around Crow's shoulders.
Björn returned then, clothing wrapped around one arm.
"Got your shiny things?"

Crow clapped a hand to her mouth to keep from giggling hysterically. She nodded at Björn, tugging off her hats and keeping the princess-gown, bandage shirt and of course the eyepatch.
"Yes indeedy," she said, presenting her prizes with pride.

"Why, thank you," Björn said, snatching Crow's things and Hellis' bag away. He moved to the cashier and smiled...a bit oddly.
"N'aan kean alnea."
The cashier's eyes widened and he shrank against the wall.
"Well, come on, guys."

Disregarding the fact that she had no room for anybody in her house anymore, what with the recent addition of Marcos, Crow actually gave a little excited jump.

Björn just plopped down on a bench as Hellis grabbed Crow's wrist and ran for the pet store. Such sad little puppies in sad little cages...

"Oh gawwwwd," Crow said. "They're so sad and tiny and nnnnnnnngh. We must rescue them."
She'd have gladly liberated them all from the store, but Crow showed some practicality at times. She clung to Hellis' arm, looking at the puppies with blatant want on her face.

And there, inside a small cage, was a row of large cotoon-balls glued together. With eyes. Wobbling.

"They're so tiny and fluffy and dear GODS, that much amazing incredible can't possibly exist in the same place at once," Crow said, biting back an instinctive urge to squeal like an over-sugared child.

"Get them to let uth hold it!" He sure as Hell wasn't going to talk to any strangers!

Crow obeyed instantly, going to who she presumed was the shop-owner.
"Can we hold them, please?" she asked in her most polite manner, which was actually pretty impressive.

The worker nodded and unlocked the door, going in to get the little cotton-ball-puppy and returning out to hand it to Crow.
"He's a Shih Tzu. You can feed him, if you like." Big, brown puppy eyes. Oh, God...

Crow looked so happy she seemed ready to burst into tears.
"Cute. Fluffy. Awesomeness. Yes. Yes, I'd love to. Feed him, I mean."
The puppy gave a little yawn. Crow nearly squealed again.
