Loralei sighed, and shut her eyes tight. She turned slightly and pointed in the general direction of the soap. "You see that white thing right there? The thing that smells good? Rub it in your hands and then rub it all over your body." Loralei sighed as she turned. "You'll get cleaner than if you just use water."

Alucard turned his head and spotted the soap. He picked it up and smelled it, then he sneezed off to the side. He rubbed his nose with his arm before he rubbed the soap in his hands. He became fascinated by the bubbles it was creating, "Ooo...that's neat!"
He rubbed the soap over himself enthusiastically, "Uh..am I supposed to rinse this off or keep it on?"

This is turning out more difficult than I had first hoped...
"You rinse it off, sweetie. Then we'll go down and make the cake. After we find you some new clothes..." Loralei sighed, then left the bathroom. "Don't move!" she called. I hope I have some clothes that at least look boyish...

Loralei smiled in triumph. She had found a large button up shirt and a pair of slightly baggy black pants. Loralei thought to herself, this'll have to do... as she ran back to the bathroom. She shut her eyes as she opened the door, then turned back around. "I have some clothes for you. Just put these on, I'll be downstairs getting the cake ingredients ready."

Loralei blushed furiously. Good thing my back is turned...
"Uhh... well, you see, um... I don't know how to explain this. Let's see... I suppose it has something to do with the birds and the bees, but since you don't know what baths are, I doubt you'll know what that is..." Loralei was getting nervous.

"Yay!" Alucard darted out of the bathroom and down the stairs, then waited at the bottom for Loralei to come down and show him where the cake was to be made.

Loralei smiled and rolled her eyes. Children... they're all the same. She took the stairs two at a time and landed gracefully at the bottom.
"Shall we?" Loralei asked Alucard, grabbing his hand without waiting for an answer. She led him to the large kitchen ((yes, she likes to cook. A lot. Therefore... large kitchen.)) and began pulling out items with which to make the strawberry shortcake. "Alucard... can you pull a large wooden spoon from the rack on your left?" Loralei asked, her head inside the pantry looking for flour. "We'll need it to mix the batter."
