"Have at 'er little lady," Dark says to Alarice.
Alarice nods at her father and sends out Scrafty as they're approached by a Haunter.
"Ryu, Crunch!"
The Grunt commands his Haunter to use Curse.
Scrafty attacks Haunter with Crunch and KO's it.
The grunt growls, recalls his Pokemon and sends out a Raichu.
"Oh my gosh, Daddy it's soooo cute!"
"Aye, that it is," Dark nods, feeling a bit weird being dressed as a pirate seeing as their opponents are as well.
"Ryu use Dig!"
Scrafty looks at the young girl and nods. He then burrows underground. Raichu then lets out a thunderbolt only to miss. Ryu then attacks the Raichu from underground and knocks it out. The grunt retreats with a lowered self esteem thanks to being beaten by a child.
"Daddddyyyyyyyy I want a Raichuuuuuu..."
"....." Dark looks around at the others.

The man Maddy was facing sent out two Pokemon at once, a Pikachu and a Jolteon. Maddy sent out Su and Giratina.
"Su, use Earthquake!" She didn't bother commanding Giratina.
Both Electric-type Pokemon targetted Giratina with Thunderbolt attacks, obviously the Ghost-Dragon was seen as the biggest threat. Giratina shook off the attacks. Su slammed the ground and caused an Earthquake, one shotting both of the man's Pokemon. Giratina was struck by the attack as well, but it didn't do too much damage.
Maddy returned both of her Pokemon.
"Well... That was entertaining."

Kasumi called out the five pokemon she had with her, thinking there was no sense in playing fair. They were still near the stream, so her Feebas and Chinchou went into that and her snover, Skorupi, and Solrock emerged between her and her opponent, who called forth an Electavire first.
"Thunderpunch" her opponent ordered, electavire was targetting Skorupi, it's smallest opponent in it's direct line of sight
"Snowy energy ball, skorupi, toxic, milo, scald, chinchou, bubblebeam, solrock, use shadowball" Kasumi ordered and they jumped into action. Skorupi took the thunderpunch in order to land the toxic attack, and the other four attacks hit it hard as well, it stumbled backwards several steps, but it managed to not faint. Skorupi, however, had fainted.
"Fire punch this time" her opponent said gleefully, and electavire targetted the snover this time
"Same attacks again!" Kasumi called out, and her pokemon repeated the attacks while Kasumi recalled her fainted Skorupi.
Again Electivire was knocked back by the combined attacks, after striking snover and making it faint too.
"Ice punch!" her rival said, feeling giddy
"Again!" Kasuki pleaded, and her remaining pokemon repeated their previous attacks while she recalled snowy.
The ice punch struck Solrock hard as the three attacks struck Electivire. This time both Solrock and the enemy electivire fainted
Her opponent scowled and recalled electivire and sent out a gastly
"Milo, confuse ray, chinchou, use thunderwave" Kasumi ordered, wanting to disable her foe right away before an attack could be ordered by her foe, a plan that worked. Gastly was paralyzed and confused "Keep using icebeam until it faints" she ordered as the two aquatic pokemon, with their heads above the water, released a continuous beam of ice until, as she hoped, the helpless gastly fainted and was recalled by it's trainer, who had no more pokemon "Freeze his feet to the ground so he can't escape"
Her feebas and chinchou leaped out of the stream in order to do what she asked. When they had she recalled her pokemon to their pokeballs "Have a good rest."

As one of the men approached Arekku and called out, "Why have you come here!?" Arekku looked at the rest of his group and shrugged.
"I dunno, but you're not providing a good enough mystery for me."
"Ragh! You're annoying!" He yelled, tossing a Pokeball from which a Manectric appeared.
"Go Manny!" He called his Piloswine forward again, he and Kimmy had been following Arekku since their earlier battle. "Ice Shard!" He shot a cluster of chunks of ice to batter the Electric type, who retaliated by blasting Manny with a Flamethrower. Arekku watched in horror as Manny was engulfed in flames, but luckily, he came out with a decent chunk of health, charging at the Electric Type, "Awesome! Manny, use Earthquake!" Arekku called, knowing that would take out the foe, but the Manectric quickly gathered large balls of energy that glowed a very bright green and shot at Manny. The Grass type Hidden Power came as no surprise to Arekku, but he could only watch as Manny took the beating, luckily he was able to pull off a fast Earthquake to knock out the foe Manectric.
Arekku watched as the enemy tossed another Pokeball, revealing a Mismagius. "Return Manny, and lets go Blaire!" Arekku called letting out his Aron. The Mismagius, shot a ball of horrid black energy hitting Blaire, barely doing any damage, "Blaire, use Iron Head!" The small Pokemon ran forward and with as much force as it could muster, bashed the Mismasius square in the chest, doing a Critical amount of damage. It fell back, being hit almost too hard, the trainer called for a Magical Leaf, which also more or less bounced off Blaire's hide, "Blair, finish with a Rock Slide!" She nodded, slamming her small frame into the ground with enough force to send huge boulders soaring through the air and down on top of the foe, fainting it.
The enemy growled loudly, withdrawing from the battle and made to retreat.

Ren reached for a pokeball, and called out his Axew, and Nincada. They weren't in such good shape after their last fight, but they were awake again and they needed to be toughened up "I want you both to do your best" he told them
Ren's opponent called out a haunter "Nincada, metal claw. Axew, dragon pulse."
"Haunter, use fire punch" his opponent ordered, and haunter targetted nincada, making it faint again, but getting hit by both attacks.
"Dragon pulse again!" Ren ordered, and the axew targeted the approaching haunter that was already heading towards it.
"Ice punch" the haunters trainer ordered, and the ice punch struck axew and the dragon pulse struck haunter, momentarily stunning it, but only Axew fainted.
Ren recalled Axew and Nincada and called out the other four pokemon with him. Relicanth, Rotom, Larvesta, and Lunatone. His oppoent pomptly gave the order for ice punch again, pointing at Lunatone. Relicanth and the others appeared in front of Ren. Ren used his mental powers to make Relicanth levitate off the ground "Relic, Water gun, rotom use thundershock, larvesta use flamethrower, and Lunatone, Solar Beam."
The ice punch struck lunatone, and it seemed to hurt, but lunatone remained conscious, and the water gun, thundershock and flamethrower all struck the haunter and knocked it out.
Haunter was recalled and Ren's opponent sent out a frillish.
Lunatone finished gathering energy and released a solar beam, striking frillish and making it faint, defeating the last of his opponents pokemon

Once all the grunts were fought off, they ran for it. Maddy let them escape and noticed one of them had dropped a bandana on the ground. She picked it up and put it in her pocket. She walked over to the spot they were digging at, and there was five foot hole with a treasure chest at the bottom.
Maddy jumped down into the hole and kicked the chest open, revealing tons of money and jewels.
"It seems we're dealing with pirates of some sort."
She snapped her fingers and the treasure chest disappeared.
"Rewards will be up soon, people. Thanks for your help tonight. See you later!" With that, she disappeared, along with Matthias.

Arekku watched as Maddy had run over and kicked open the chest revealing the tresure, "Oh my, I hope we get a cut of that." He chuckled, knowing better then nodded, tossing Aro's Pokeball in the air, the large Prehistoric Pokemon swooped down allowing Arekku enough time to hop on then they soared off, back to the island.

Kasumi walked down the corridor accompanied by her Prinplup and her Marshtomp and she spotted Brian "Hello Brian. How are you doing?"

"Pirate treasure." Kasumi answered "Everyone got 10000 pokebucks, so my brother and I bought some more pokeballs since we only had three left between us. It'd good to not be almost out of them."

"Happy snowy Friday!" Ginji called out as he appeared out of his room with the ancient recipe to summon Jirachi in his hand. "I can see it being a good weekend." he smiled as he laid out the ingredients the team had collected over the parchment. "Just one more and we should be good to go." he said to himself before greeting Brian and Kasumi.

Kasumi nodded "Yeah, it was a pretty cool, lots of good practice there. I had to beat one that had an Electivire. Really tough." she nodded at Ginji "Hello Ginji. Do you have another mission for us?"
