Auriga La Shock Mister Monster Guy Auriga La Shock Mister Monster Guy Auriga La Shock Mister Monster Guy Oh it's... it's nothing, just me being sentimental. *sit-floats on a nearby ledge* *sits on the ledge next to you with a small laugh* I think we all get sentimental at times *looks over and smiles weakly* Yeah... *he looks off into space, clearly in deep thought* Do you spend a lot of time away from home, Auriga? *runs a hand through her hair* Quite a lot, actually. It was hard dealing with the ludicrousness of politics that are in the Court after I saw the front lines during a small war my kingdom had. Of course, should they ever need me I would return home within a heartbeat. *Nods* War has a way of changing people's outlooks on things... *Looks over and smiles* It's cool that you're loyal, I heard some knights work for a lot of different kingdoms and just join the winning side. *says softly* Indeed it does *frowns upon hearing your words* Such disgrace. They are as worse as mercenaries. (I forgot that I didn't reply. redface ) Well hey now, what's wrong with mercenaries? Not all of us- uh, them are money-grubbing scumbags. *laughs* Oh? And what else would drive a mercenary? Only money. Even then, most tend to flee when the risk outweighs the reward. I have only met a few mercenaries that actually had a little sense of honor. They refused to stop fighting until their job was done or they were physically stopped from completing it.

I never said they were good detectives.

Elizabeth444 *puts the bottle back up on the shelf* That's true. Fashion designers always seem to dress the most odd ways. It's like they try expressing their emotions through clothing, but end up looking ridiculous. And anyone overly devoted in art always seems to go with black. I just wish he didn't move his practice. Sure, he wasn't the most comforting company during the lunch hour, but it's quite lonely around tyhe meat shed these days. And why Fleet Street? It's always cold, overcast, and even the people look grey. ((Seriously, Tim Burton has an overly-apparent fixation on making everything grey in his movies.) It doesn't help that I think most fashion is ugly or ridiculous anyway, but I'm glad you agree. *chews away* I thought he was perfectly good company, but that's just me. I take the company I can get. Why not Fleet Street? He's doing so well over there. (He does, though some of the movies, it works much better than color would.)

Can't detectives be thought of as a type of mercenary? (hjdkhg I'm torn here, since in the comics Team Chaotix are true bona fide mercenaries, but in the games they're detectives. What do?)
