I beat Mephisto today, but I died twice this morning doing so. Well, the first time was actually in Kurast Causeway; I retreated out of one of the mini-temples in the second half of the act that was full of lightning scarabs and a lightning enchanted corrupt rogue. BUT when clicking to pick up a potion on the ground, I accidently re-entered and was immediately killed >_<
The second time, Mephisto just ganked me, cause he slaughtered my merc and got to me before I could make it to my portal. Literally, he charged my portal to cut me off. I had to walk all the way back there, because he would have killed me again if I took my portal back; he was waiting RIGHT there for me.
It's amazing how malicious the AI can get.

Ouch. I'm sorry.. I should have waited for you and we could have fought him together, but I can't play the game while here, so I figured I'd get it done before that.
I'll just wait on the next boss for us to go in together. 3nodding
Yeah, it can get very malicious.
AND I'm going to take a nap. The drive has tired me out. I'll be back later tonight...after I hit the movies with my aunt.
She's making me go see Mama Mia with her. neutral

Trust me; Diablo will be more of a task than probably Andarial, Duriel, and Mephisto COMBINED. I will most likely not be able to beat him by myself sweatdrop
But yeah, I told you I'd catch up to you, so we can tackle Act IV together. We'll want to see if we can reach level 30 before fighting Big D himself; typically, the new level 30 skills will be very useful when dealing with him sweatdrop
First thing first though, we have to be Izual, which is about on par with Duriel in terms of being combat crunchy. Well, in fact Izual is harder, because he's targetted at higher level characters then Duriel is (and I think has over 10,000 hps?) One step at a time sweatdrop
And what's Mama Mia? surprised A new Mario Brothers movie? biggrin

I guess when we all believed that everytime we touch ourselves a domo kills a kitten, we were wrong. It was the opposite way around, and now, the kittens have won. I expect a kitten smiley will soon replace the Domo one to indicate this.
