For them to cancel, and not refund, shouldn't be allowed, IMO.
If they clearly stated it somewhere beforehand, then they didn't do anything wrong legal-wise, but IMO, they just flat-out shouldn't be able to do that. I mean, they could potentially pull scams that way.
