Huh, just re-checked, he actually went back and got Jangos armor and refitted it.
Where did I read he used Jasters armor....

Okay, apparently he did acquire Jaster's armor during the days of the Early Empire, as well and two other suits, one destroyed during his time in the Sarlacc.
None of this means they were actual Mando Iron though.

Jaden_Ordo He did wear a suit of beskar during and after Caedus' bit. Yes, but that was well after the Vong War. And during his time as Mandalore, as well as after the new mines were opened from the Vong bombarding the planet.
He also gave Han a suit and some gaunts. Gotta wonder what happened to them.

He also gave Han a suit and some gaunts. Gotta wonder what happened to them. Ended up with Jagged Fel. Treasured the damn things too. Kill that messed up Twi'lek with 'em, what was her name... Alema Rar. Probably ended up getting passed down, wouldn't be surprised if Emperor Fel ended up with 'em.

Jaden_Ordo What do you think Leia wore? cool Metal that may be, but Jabba wouldn't waste the scratch it would cost for a beskar bikini on a position he deemed expendable. Even if it was Leia.

Chafing wouldn't be an issue if it had a good underlay.
Like a crushed velvet underlay over a beskar bikini.
