I'm guessing that is a poke at the forever long power up times that they go through? I'm a fan of DBZ but any time I hear the words spirit bomb I know it will be seven episodes before its fired lol.

and yep, it is a poke at how long it takes the people in that show to do anything. I never really watched it because anytime I tuned in it looked like someone was having a hard time with a poop.
