Her expression faltered into an 'oh s**t' look briefly before her head snapped around and she straightened. "Do you feel that?"
'Dark energy, I felt it while you were passed out on the castle floor.'
The girl in control closed her eyes. "Phantom, can you get a lock on where its coming from?" she whispered laying a hand on her heart.
'Wow, you're actaully asking for my help.'
Zero shuffled uneasily. "Only becasue Ji's here, and i don't want anything hurting her."
'CALL THE PRESSES SHE'S ACTUALLY CAPABLE OF CARING!!'
'NHG!" Zero clamped her hands over her ears doubling over a little. "Shut up and tell me where the damn dark energy's coming from you parasite!"
Phantom chuckled. 'Your wish is my comand, but you'll be useing my eyes, and it will show.' She jeered.
"Whatever." Zero hissed looking up again both her eyes having gone yellow.

Anna gave a small sigh of relief and smiled at him. She walked up closer and placed a hand on his cheek. "You're not a freak or a monster. I spent most of my life with those, and you are definatly not one. So you have this weird talent. That just makes you special, but you've done nothing to be a monster."

He shook his head. "Talent?" He opened and closed his mouth a couple of times before uttering a 'screw it'. He then took a deep breath, and exhaled. "Sorry, all the negative emotions run high when I'm like this." He reached up, and took her hand. "Now you know one of my biggest secrets."
((He is quite good at that!))

Anna's heart sank to her stomach where it was twisted around horribly. She wanted to say something like thank you for trusting me but they were all lost somewhere amungest the churing. "Hotaru," she finally whispered. "I knew you were under attack in the castle and I... I refused to help you."

He smiled at her, not letting go of her hand. "So? You don't always need to be there when I fight. I'm not the damsel in distress." He chuckled a little bit. "Don't beat yourself up about it, everything worked out just fine." He smirked. "Though I am a little curious as to why you 'refused to help, even though I don't recall asking for assistance..." He closed his eyes momentarily, "Yeah, didn't, so don't beat yourself up about it." He nodded before flashing another smile.

He let go of her hand, and looked hurt for the briefest of moments. "Alright, mind if I ask why?" He turned away from her slightly, and looked up at the sky, leaning slightly against the wall behind him, trying to act like he normally did.
((Hmm....knowing this character, and how that form works, I do believe something is going to go boom soon.....it's been to long since Hotaru made something go boom....*Hotaru walks in* SHUT UP! You ever hear of spoilers?! *smacks King upside the head* God....they don't pay me enough for this.....keeping you in line is a 24/7 job, ya know that?))
((Yeah....I'm may be watching anime right now, anime that does things like that right now.....yeah....yeah I am...and it's wonderful))

Anna kept avoiding looking at his face. "It's too dangerous. With you being related too... and me being..." She winced for a second. "Me being very much on top." She shook her head and tears started to wetten her eyes. "Man, she taught me too always... and now..." Anna shut up and dropped her gaze to the floor. She didn't feel like talking about that.

He didn't say anything, he just punched the wall, causing a nice spiderweb crack to form. "Dangerous? Really?" he shook his head and sighed. "Staying here is dangerous, going is dangerous, life for us, being dealt the fantastic hands we were, is dangerous." He stopped himself, and sighed again. "Look, once I convince Zero to head out, we'll leave. You know how to find me, if you change your mind." He jumped up, and flipped onto the roof. "I've gotta let some steam off..." He muttered, before leaving her sight.

Jistin's suspicion faded quickly into thick worry when the white haired girl doubled over. "Tsu?" the blonde called, hoping her friend could hear her given her hands were clamped over her ears, the fact she seemed to be talking to herself didn't help. “Tsubasa, what's wrong?!” Jistin cut herself off with a gasp, covering her mouth with a hand when she got a look at the yellowed eyes of her childhood friend. “What...” her words died in her throat, her own hazel eyes wide with something akin to terror.

Zero straightened flickering her eyes around. "Side effect." She mubled to her friend.
'Now that's interesting...' Zero turned swiftly pulling Jistin back behind her as the source got closer. The white-haired-possessed girl went after it carefully.
"Hotaru?" She startled at the boy before setting her expression back into a blank look, eyes still yellow.
"Wow, and you think I screw you up?" Phantom asked, unseen by anyone but clearly heard.

Anna's hands flew into the air and looked as if they were choking someone. She screamed and hit Hotaru's crack with both hands. The two hits had caused the wall to flatter and leave a hole. "Crap." She looked down at the disgarded goceries. As she started to pick them up she wonder what Hotaru was going to make her. She sighed and thought of Merlin. 'I hope Leons not with him'

He spun, and looked at her. "Funny running into you Zero." He shook his head. "I was just thinking of letting off some steam, so if you don't want to get hurt.." he raised his keyblade, dark energy dripping from it. "I'd suggest you just turn right back around, and forget you saw me. This is a secret I would kill to keep.." He turned slightly, and made an elegant arc with his weapon, causing the same monstrous wave of energy to be flung far into the sky. "Even I don't know my full capabilities when I'm like this...." He turned back to her. "And I'm slightly curious to see which of us is stronger...me, or you're little friend."

Zero looked paniced. "Hotaru don't...!" she was cut off doubled over holding her chest. "Damnit damnit damnit! Idiot!"
The first thing was the wings, massivle black each one as big as a house. She didn't say anything as she straightened, once short whit hair falling jet black to her ankles, a smirk curling her lips as she idely stretched her wings. "A child..." She hummed. "A child with an arrogant mask, but a heart full of fear an contempt. That's really are you are, Hotaru." She said, it was hard to tell what the tone of her voice was it was just to thick with...age? Her darkness, it coiled around moving in languid relaxed ways around her, far far diffrent from the raw power Hotaru had displayed, this darkness was old, tempered with years of control.
"You're out matched son, back down." she ordered smoothly. It was truth.
[[DEFENSE! Phantom is really really really old, she's got more experiance under her belt then MERLIN, and is kinda an entity designed to control darkness which is why i'm saying Hotaru is very out matched ><]]

He gave a shrug. "Maybe I just want to know who you are." He turned his back to her. "I'm not stupid enough to rush into my own death. Even now it's taking most of what I have to keep from shaking." He raised his blade again. "You know you'll have to travel with me, right? If you're with Zero, that means you're stuck with a wielders destiny." He made another arc, sending another wave into the air. "Like it or not, and I tend to want to know those that are around me. Like say, if you're one to stab someone in the back." He then turned to face her, "Hold on....before you answer that...do you know what Zero's always thinking, or does she have some privacy from you?"
