Lucid smirked, taking a step toward his son.
"You know, that thought had not yet occurred to me. Perhaps it would be wise next time to keep your thoughts to yourself?" he said, then spread his arms.

Seth shrugged, and shot his father a quick mischievous grin. Not too worried, he moved into Lucid's arms. Giving him a hard hug before he pulled away.
"Oh...yeah and your son is looking for for you." he said quietly, still a little uneasy around the other male. Crissy was great...Julian...he wasn't so sure about.

Lucid returned the brief embrace, then turned back toward Lyra.
"Are you going to come inside with me?" he asked. "It would seem my son needs to speak with me, though he can wait."

Lyra started to shake her head before it occurred to her that Lucid wasn't going to allow her to be out here alone. That meant either Seth or Gabriel would be left with her. Seth she could have dealt with...before she knew he could turn into a flesh eating, giant, scaled lizard thing. And Gabriel...glancing toward him she turned her head and met Lucid's gaze with her own.
"I will cone...I was thinking about going back inside anyway." she answered softly.

Lucid smiled, understanding her fears. Motioning to her with a wave of his hand, he started back toward the castle.
"Gabriel," he said as he passed the demon. "Play nice with Seth."

"But of course, Master." he said, putting on his best innocent act. "I always play nice with Seth.." Turning his gaze toward the dragon in question, he grinned evilly. "Isn't that right, Seth? We always play nice."

Seth returned Lyra's wave and returned Gabriel's grin with an evil one of his own.
"Of course we do...always." With a chuckle he turned toward the ocean and gazed out over the horizon. He and Gabriel wouldn't be playing with each other today. They had other plans...and Seth was surprised that they had both managed to keep that fact from Lucid. The distraction of Lyra had probably been what made it happen. points for Gabriel for wanting to wait until the master vampire was in her presence.

With a frown Seth nodded.
"Yeah...lets go before he gets a clear head...points on the Lyra distraction by the way. Think he's falling for her?" he asked quietly, lifting into the air. The nice thing was that he could fly in both forms. He didn't really want to shift back to his dragon form.

Seth hesitated a long moment before answering.
"Not with her per say....just with what she is you know. I'd rather she was just a vampiress that few people had ever heard of and wasn't on the most wanted list."

Lucid strode into the castle, sending out a mental call to his son. Slipping his arm around Lyra's waist, he ushered her into one of the sitting rooms.
"I suppose we can wait in here for him to join us." he said with a smile. "I refuse to run about looking for him."
