"Oh dear..." Ariel said, as she sweated a bit. She never seen Memo act like this before. "Please calm down, Memo! Look, whomever they are, they haven't gotten far. And I doubt they would leave the place. Plus, I don't think they would harm the egg." Next before they knew it, they heard laughter coming from Haunters and Gastlys snickering while one of them were holding the egg. They fled before Ariel and the others could make a move.

"YOU CREEPERS!!"
Memo's comical angry face now had a snake tongue and some fangs as he chased after the ghosts.
"Chiiika."
Cerza sighed and giggled. She knew Memo was harmless, just worried.
"Get back here!"
He grabbed Ariel and Rex and dragged them along as he gave chase like a furious Dodrio!

Ariel sighed all of this mess. She wanted a fun adventure, exploring the other rooms and finding evidence to prove some theory, but there wasn't any time for that. Memo's egg was important. Plus, Ariel didn't want to deal with an angry Memo. And so, the trio chased the ghost Pokemon until they started to go through a certain room. "That must be their hideout," she said as she pointed to the room. There was a ghostly feeling in the room, but Memo was probably 'blinded with rage' to noticed it, right?

Memo stopped at the edge of the room and took a breather.
"Maybe, perhaps...if I just talk with them they'll give me my egg back...right?"
He said a bit cheerful now. Cerza giggled as Memo's mood swing ended.
"Ariel, you can go on and explore if you like and likewise to you, Rex."
The boy said with a smile as the ghostly presence made it's self known. The Aquan looked in the room with a determined face and stepped in.

"No, we need to stick like a team. Plus, I don't thinking they're the cooperative type. You never know. Right Rex?" Ariel followed along with Memo and dragged Rex (against his will).
As they entered the room, they were a bunch of ghost pokemon, but the one holding the egg was clearly the leader of these. "It's a Gengar," she said, almost in a whisper. The boss of the group was carrying the egg in a playful, manner. It didn't seem as if he cared about the egg's delicacy. A bunch of Haunters and Gastlys were block the way. "I hope you guys are ready," she said in a low tone. She started to take her pokeball. "It seems like we have to defeat a Gastly and 2 Haunters to get to the Gengar."

Ariel started to notice the Gastly and started with her pokemon, bulbasaur. "Go Blades!" She said, as she threw her pokeball. A green pokemon appeared out of the pokeball. "Blades, use razor whip!" The green pokemon shot out leaves at the grass pokemon. Then, the Gastly started to lick at the green pokemon. "Gross! Use leech seed!" The bulbasaur started to shoot out seeds at its opponent. The gastly started to use cut half of its health and put a curse on the bulbasaur. "Use razor leaf again!" Although bulbasaur was damaged from the curse, he was able to regain some life back from the implanted seed, shot out multiple leafs, fainting the Gastly. Just when she thought it was over, the two haunters block her way. Looks like this is a double battle, she mumbled as she sent out her Wartortle and Golbat.
"Leon, use water pulse at the Haunter, she said as she was pointing to the haunter at the right. "Stella, use air cutter!" The wartortle sent out a pulsing blast of water at the haunter, causing confusion. The Golbat then launches a razor-like wind, slashing both of the haunters. One of the haunters used sucker punch at the wartortle, causing damaged. The other haunter hurt itself in its confusion. "Stay strong Leon! Use protect! Stella, air cutter again. The turtle pokemon started to have a color barrier around it and the bat pokemon did air cutter again. Luckily, there was a critical hit a the haunter, fainting the confused one. However, the other haunter retaliate using payback at the wartortle. Luckily, Wartortle was not affected due to protect. "Leon, use water pulse! Stella, use confuse ray!" The wartortle fainted the Pokemon before Stella could use her move. You guys did great, she said to them. She watched as Memo retrieved his egg from that ghost pokemon. Thank god the egg was unharmed, she thought as she sigh in relief.

Well, I've just gotten news of an unusually powerful storm in northern Sinnoh. I have no idea what Archie would want there, but I think its worth checking out.
