A mental breakdown is completely different from a panic attack. I've had panic attacks too.
A mental break down, is a break down of someone's psyche for an amount of time, from somewhere between a few minutes to 50 years.
A panic attack is something along the lines of someone being completely terrified for no reason at all. When one minute, you are fine, and the next minute you can't breath, you're heart is pounding in your chest, you're breaking out into a sweat, and you're completely, absolutely, terrified to the point of crying.
Get the difference? Yup! Hooray for my mental strength. Pls I dunno if aliens want to mess with our dying planet anyways, so we will probably never see aliens for real. I love the Paranormal it is cool to know there is something after life ya dig.
Or they could just be wanting to study us!!!

Okay... I'll have to tell you all why I'm happy.
Last June, my teacher's kids and grandmother were killed in cold blood by her husband (going ex-husband) It was one of the worse killings in Ohio. He wound up stabbing his kids in the back seat in their throats, after shooting his mother-in-law.

But today, they announced that he would get the death sentence.
As much as tragic that is, I'm happy the sadistic b*****d gets to die. Not only because his wife use to be my teacher, but because anybody that does that to a little child while they were sleeping in their CAR SEATS, deserves to be removed from the face of this planet.

I think people should die the same way they killed people.
If you torture people, I think you should be tortured before you die.
If you shoot somebody in the balls... I think you should be shot in the balls.
If you raped somebody before killing them, than someone should get somebody else's prison b***h to rape you.
I'm just saying.
It's equivalent exchange. And it's fair. Maybe people would start thinking twice about murdering people, if they realized when they get caught, they will have to go through the same thing as their victims, instead of sitting in a state prison for twenty to life, while getting three square meals a day.
Honestly.
Oooh... now the guy is talking about how he didn't mean to kill his kids, and he regrets it. He says he doesn't regret killing his mother-in-law.
Sounds like he's trying to beg for his life.

I wanna' add more to my crappy life, but I can't think about anything else. I've got a terrible memory...
Well, at least I can say I have the weirdest set of moods/personalities.
Just yesterday on an RP chatroom, I threw out some detailed posts on my character cutting open his chest and abdomen... pulling out his intestines, liver, stomach, and other internal organs, and then his longs. Man, that was the coolest thing to imagine. x3
Well, later on I RP'd him cutting out his own eye because it was becoming infected since some douche stabbed it with my scalpel. D: Damn a*****e.
