I do sprints..if I go to the track.
It depends how I'm feeling. Sometimes I run, sometimes I jog, sometimes I'll hit the gym.
Now I'm going to eat dinner. We're having pork roast. Yum.

I think I inadvertantly killed my Xbox 360....anywhere here know what to do when the disks will no longer spin inside the system?

Hi Dirge.
I've heard of that Xbox problem..my brother had it. If I remember correctly he had to see if there were green or red lights on the ring. I think red meant hardware issues. I can't remember green. neutral
