So it followed us ... followed her ... all the way across Unova? I see the duel on radar behind me as I approach the League. Uh-oh, we've got company up ahead, too.
I land in a clear area and get ready for battle.

Memo saw Maddy and her pokemon battle with Reshiram as they neared the Pokemon League. The boy had to finish these clowns fast if he had any hope to help his friend!
"Okay!"
He jumped off Covello and let him and Cerza take a battle stance as the confronted 2 grunts. He continued to hold his egg tightly and smiled.
"You have bad luck to face me hehe."

"Rex! Be careful with the one they call Ghestis!" Nick warned his friend. "I heard a story from a friend that he has a nasty Hydrageinon! Said it took a Latios to beat it!" he spun the tale, waiting for Tropius to land.

Rex nodded. Tropius made a nervous, quick landing. "It's okay girl, you can rest now." Rex recalled Tropius, then noticed two grunts approaching him. "Time for action!" Rex threw a Dusk Ball and a Poke Ball, sending out Squirtle and Quilava.

Nick found himself cornered between two more Plasma Grunts."Uhh..." he backed up, bumping into Rex. "Oh, heya there Rex. Nice weather we're having, huh?" he asked nervously as he drew two Poke Balls.
"Kink! 8-Bit!" he called out his Porygon and Klink.

"How you doing?" Rex laughed back. The two grunts Rex were facing sent out a Watchog and a Purrloin. "These guys need to invest in better Pokemon." He joked. "Squirtle, Bubble, Quilava, Flame Wheel!" Rex's Pokemon charged. BATTLE START!
Quilava slammed into Purrloin, sending the feline flying. Watchog cried out from the bubble attack, but stood strong. Watchog came in on Squirtle with a Bite attack, doing considerable damage. Purrloin used Hone Claws, strengthening its Attack and Accuracy. "Quilava finish off Purrloin with another Flame Wheel." Rex commanded. Quilava did as it was told and fainted Purrloin. "Squirtle, Hydro Pump!" Squirtle nodded, then shot out an incredible blast of water at Watchog, fainting it. "Thank Arceus for critical hits!" Rex smiled.
ROUND 2!
The grunts then sent out a Watchog each. "Oh come one, atleast give me a challenge!" Rex groaned. He switched out Galvantula and Scrafty.
"Scrafty, use Hi Jump Kick!" Rex commanded. "Galvantula, ELECTRO BALL!" Rex cried out. The Pokemon used the respective moves, Scrafty fainted one of the Watchog with the super-effective move. The other Watchog used a Low Kick on Scrafty, KOing the Dark/Fighting Type. Galvantula used another Electro Ball and the Watchog fainted.
Battle ended.

Two Watchogs neared 8-Bit and Kink.
"Tri-Attack! Gear Grind!" Nick ordered. The Watchogs attacked first with two Hyper Fangs, leaving 8-Bit rather wounded and Kink relatively unharmed. The Porygon struck first, easily knocking out one of the sentry Pokemon with its massive special attack.Kink's attack severely damaged the other Watchog, but it was still up.
A Woobat took the fallen normal type's place as Nick repeated the same attacks. In no time, the Woobat was downed and a Plasma Grunt was out of commission. Kink was down to critical health, but that was the least of its problems.
A Liepard stood before it, looming menacingly. "Return, Kink! Go, Coolio!" Nick ordered. The Scrafty glared at its opponent, ready to kick its face in. Before he could issue an order, 8-bit was hit by a Fake-Out that left it barely standing. "Grr. Coolio, Brick Break! 8-Bit, Protect!" he took a gamble, hoping the Liepard would attempt to down his Porygon.
Luckily enough, Nick was right. The Dark-Type's Faint Attack was blocked, and was hastily met with a nasty Brick Break that knocked it out.
"That was fast." he grinned, watching the Plasma Grunts flee.

Two grunts nervously approach me. I stare them down, asking, "Who wants to be first?" At my question, one grunt suddenly hops back, exposing his colleague.
"What? ME?!" He looks around, realizing he's alone. "Okay then, Garbodor, you're up!"
"Piloswine, make it count."
The fat poison type gets off a quick shot of Acid Spray. It doesn't do a lot of damage, but Piloswine's defense is weakened. My pokemon comes straight back with Earthquake. Garbodor takes heavy damage, but its armor chips off from the impact. Hoping to capitalize on the speed boost, the Grunt is about to order another command. But Ice Shard connects first, dropping the trash heap at the curb.
His second Pokemon is Liepard. I call back Piloswine and send in my Flareon, Maul. The feline foe is quick, landing a solid Night Slash on my pokemon. She fights back with Overheat. Liepard is badly hurt, but staggers to its feet for another attack. Maul ends the battle with a supereffective Superpower hit.
"One down, one to go," I tell the grunts. The defeated trainer tags his comrade, who steps up to battle.
"Uh... Swoobat? Think you can do it?" He meekly sends his Pokemon out.
"How about an air duel? Vader!"
My pokemon has a tremendous speed advantage, and swoops in for a fast Bite. Swoobat takes the hit and retaliates with Heart Stamp. Both hits are supereffective, but my bat fared better than my foe's. A second Bite flinches Swoobat, and Cross Poison seals the deal. We both swap pokemon again. The Grunt sends in Munna against my Umbreon. The pink blob's Hypnosis attack goes wide, leaving it open for some Payback. A second Hypnosis finds it mark, putting Umbreon to sleep. Recalling my Dark-type, I send in Maul, who takes the brunt of a Charge Beam. With Munna's stats on the rise, Maul leaps in with Overheat once more. She scores a critical hit and Munna faints.
"Is that all of them?" I ask, looking around at the other Aquans.

"A battle huh?" A female said in front of the grunts. Ariel was feeling quite confident with her wartortle, but not her other pokemon. Still, she must defeat them. Ariel sent out her Wartorle and Zubat while the grunts started to send out their pokemon: a houndour and a Cranidos. Oh that's great, she thought sarcastically. "Yoko, use aquatail at that Houndour. Zuzu, use bite on that hounour too!" Zuzu, the zubat, attacked first, biting the houndour and cased to flinch the pokemon. And then the wartortle finished it off with watergun. The cranidos then started to headbutt the poor bat, nearly fainting it.
Ariel returned her Zubat and then sended out her meowth. The grunt returned his fainted pokemon and sended out a Houndoom. Looked like this is going to be hell, Ariel thought as she sweated. "Yoko, use waterpulse at the cranidos. Shelia, use fury swipes!" The wartortle easily defeated the cranidos as it was super effective. Houndoom, however, bite shelia, flinching her before she could make a move. The other grunt returned his pokemon before sending an electric type pokemon. Luckily, the pokemon was an elekid. Not, good Ariel thought.
"Yoko, use aqua tail at the houndoom. Shelia, use fake out at the elekid." And so, the turtle pokemon successfully hit the houndoom, fainting the pokemon while Shelia was able to flinch the elekid. "Okay, Yoko, use bite! You too, Shelia!" Wartortle was able to finish the battle with a simple bite. The grunts then immediately returned their pokemon and started to mumble somethine.

"It would appear so!" Nick called over to Thard as he recalled his Pokemon.

"Nice work Nick." Rex turned to his friend and partner. He recalled Squirtle and Quilava to their respective Poke Balls.

Cerza(Chikorita) and Covello(Honchkrow) VS Dustox and Scolipede
Memo hugged his egg and called out his moves first!
"Cerza use Sweet Scent! Covello, Calm Mind!"
Cerza elegantly blanketed the area with a silky, glittery, sweet smelling pink powder that matched Covellos's serene flying pattern and facial expression perfectly! Covello's stats were raised as the enemies were lowered!
"Dustox use Silver Wind!"
"Poison Tail, Scolipede!"
Dustox let loose a gale of shining silver gusts at Cerza while Scolipede took to the air at Covello! The Silver Wind pummeled Cerza hard and blew away the Sweet Scent!
"!"
Memo had to think fast!
"Cerza use Vine Whip on Scolipede and help Covello!"
Cerza toughed out the attack and shot out her vines to snatch Scolipede out of the air and slam it into the ground!
"Covello use Air Cutter on Dustox!"
The bird then zoomed at the moth and shot out a razor like wind to land a direct and critical hit taking it out!
"Scolipede use-"
"Cerza! Up and over!"
Before the command could be finished Cerza launched the bug in the air where it was completely vulnerable!
"Covello, Fly!"
The Scolipede tried to retaliate with a Poison Sting, but Covello broke through and landed a finishing hit!
"Yes!"
Memo called Cerza back to take care of the egg and sent out his Spheal, Big Mama!
Big Mama(Spheal) and Covello VS Paplitoad and Stantler
"Quick, Covello! Air Cutter on Stantler!"
Covello shot out the same razor while Stantler was ordered to counter with Stomp! It dodged the wind and hit Covello head on!
"Big Mama help! Rollout and Powder Snow Combo!"
As Spheal rolled with amazing speed to crash into Stantler it released a Power Snow that enveloped it and created a gigantic snowball that was unavoidable! Stantler was hit hard and knocked off Covello!
"Paplitoad use Bubblebeam!"
"Covello counter with Thunder Wave!"
As the bird was covered and blasted with bubbles it let out a small, but beautiful wave of electricity that connected and traveled through the bubbles to paralyze the toad!"
Big Mama and Stantler were duking it out with pure brawn!
"Body Slam!!!"
"Stomp!!"
Memo took advantage of this and took out Paplitoad!
"Covello use Dark Pulse!!"
A menagerie of dark rings were shot at the enemy and it was down!
"Big Mama! Finish this with Ice Ball Tower!!"
She nodded and took jumped up high using Body Slam and summoned 4 Ice Balls under her belly!
"Goooo!!"
She landed on the Stantler with amazing force and brought the deer down!
The boy praised his pokemon and withdrew them as he lifted his egg and Cerza.
"Now go!"
He yelled out to the grunts and headed for Maddy.

Ariel walked towards Maddy until she noticed that Memo was carrying an egg. She walk towards him and said, "Aww! What pokemon is inside the egg Memo?"

"Yeah, but not for long." Rex smiled. He nodded to himself. "There is more than one world that could be threatened by Plasma." Rex said, remembering his visions of the Dream World.
