Akihiko took his phone back and sent the image to Shou. So the mercurial star hadn't jumped to the same conclusion he himself and Izzy had. Sighing slightly, not wanting to upset the musician, Narcissus didn't directly confront him on the matter.
But the coincidence...
No, he had to press. He had to get Shou to see what he and Izzy saw because if they didn't...
"Shou-san... don't you think it's too big a coincidence that both Ko-kun and Hideo-kun look so much alike and that both had run-ins supposed with Matsumoto-san? I mean what if..."
DING DING
Blinking, Akihiko's blue gaze went to a small monitor in the kitchen. If the guards had let someone pass his gate... well there were only a few people who they'd let in.
Michi... Yuuji... Hiroki... those were the first names that came to mind, course he realized that probably Chiyou as well...
Unable to see who was at his door from the video, Narcissus excused himself for a moment and walked from the kitchen, through the living room, and to his door.
"Yu... Yuuji-kun?" Akihiko said in surprise, his cousin holding an umbrella.
Obviously the storm had started to dump some rain.
Smirking, Takagi nodded. "You did invite me over... remember? Well... it was more Lucky-san than you."
Blue eyes narrowed slightly, not out of anger but out of a bit of panic. He quickly sent a text to Izzy who was with Ko in the studio downstairs:
'Yuuji-kun's here...'
"Can I come in? It's quite wet out here."
Looking up, Akihiko got out of the way. Yuuji stepped in, removing his shoes properly and putting his umbrella next to the door. "Gomen... I may stay here tonight if that's alright with you?"
"It's fine. We just finished dinner, though I can make a few more pancakes for you if you'd like." the young tiger said, leading the way back to the kitchen with Takagi following.
Yuuji nodded, "That'd actually be nice. I'm starving. Your niceness to me is somewhat creepy though..." he said with a smirk before noticing the peacock in the kitchen. "Shou-san! It's good to see you again." the man spoke, bowing politely.
"I'm only being nice because I've guests." Akihiko smirked, walking over to the stove to start on a few pancakes for his cousin.
He couldn't help but wonder what Shou would say...
Ishihara waved off the worry. "I'm fine. It just hurts." he said with a smile, coming in to sit on the sofa next to his partner. Setting the crutch aside, his dark eyes glanced to the television, noting that Yamada wasn't watching the news or an entertainment channel.
Work...
It was nice to be able to push it aside and just be a couple when the chance rose.
"Well then I'll have to stay glued to your side when I get the chance." You spoke, stealing a french fry. "Oi! Are stockings all you think about?" he joked, laughing at the hidden meaning and shaking his head at the notion. "Soon as I'm better I'm letting you play off this fetish."

Shou stopped and scratched his head thinking about that statement. Was that possible? "How could they..."
Then the door dinged and he stopped as Narcissus walked off. So he just stood there for a moment. Did his sister...do that? Was she with....Yuuji? Did they have a son together? The photo looked like Ko. But Ko never answered to Hideo. Ko never talked about his parents either. Never once about his sister. It was very....well natural if he had gone through trauma. That's why they sent him to the psychiatrist. Right? Of course.
Confusion set in and Shou wasn't sure what to say about all this. However, as he turned to ask Narcissus for more information, Yuuji, much to his suprise was walking in from the weather.
"Ah....Isashiburi Takagi-kun." said Shou as he tilted his head staring at the man like he really had to take in appearance. Shou tried to connect the dots in his mind and then looked over at Narcissus.
"So...Narcissus....if...you're saying what I think you're saying. And I'm not saying you are. That means, he slept with my sister?" He didn't say Yuuji's name out right just to be semi-discreet but it was possible because certainly Shou had not met the man that his sister had a child by.
Meanwhile, Izzy down in the basement almost coughed himself silly when he looked at his text. So he answered back letting Ko continue to look at all the instruments. The boy was fascinated and picked up several testing their weight and trying them out. He really was happy there. Slowly he was making his way to the best thing in the whole room....Yuriko. "I'm going to look at her now..." the boy said in pure fascination as he carefully placed his hands on her. "I hope Niisan comes down soon so I can play for him."
Izzy nodded but was distracted typing back quickly: Is everything ok? Does he know? How is it going with Shou?

Akihiko literally had to grab the counter so he didn't fall over at what Shou said. Whipping around, pancake cooking, the musician looked at his rival as if he'd grown a second head.
"What?! No... no, Shou-san that wasn't exactly what I was implying. It... it was more that maybe he's not your sister's at all..." blue eyes were confused, completely baffled how the other man had come up with this.
"I get the feeling I stepped into an awkward conversation..." Takagi spoke seriously, scratching the back of his head. "Isashiburi, Shou-san. I've been rather busy lately so I haven't gotten to exactly help Lucky-san personally in the last few days."
Akihiko waved that comment away. "Ruki doesn't need an assistant. He just needs a clone... but... well yes you did walk into an odd conversation, Yuuji-kun. I..." but at about that time he got the reply text from Izzy and quickly sent back.
'Yes. No. Shou-san thinks Yuuji-kun slept with his sister! HELP!'

"Yes, that's all I think about." he teased. "Either stocking or you..." Then wrapped his arm around his partner's shoulder and put his food in between them so You could steal french fries.
"I got an apple pie, soda, shake...extra fries...and a value meal. I didn't eat since 5:30 am." He smirked and sucked more out of his shake. "Oh...really? Mm...you're finally going to give into my imagination. Get better soon then."
He leaned over and put a peck of a kiss on You's cheek. Setting down his shake he was about to pick up his soda when he saw a text from Shou. Picking up his phone, he clicked on the image and his eyes narrowed. He turned off the image on his phone quickly.
"I need to type Shou-san back...."
But instead he typed Narcissus' phone. Is this what you had wanted to talk to me about awhile back?

Shou blinked as Narcissus spun, "But that is the only thing I could come up with. How could he not be my sister's? If he wasn't...then how could that happen? Surely he must be my sister's because if he were...mm...our friend's then wouldn't he say something?"
The star shook his head, "I don't understand." He really did seem very confused by everything Narcissus was saying. "Ah...Takagi-kun, you're not stepping into an awkward conversation but a confusing one. And...well it is one I'm not sure I can wrap my brain around it yet."
He peered at Yuuji as if he were studying the man trying to figure out an answer that he couldn't quite connect. Then he glanced at Narcissus, "A clone? Oh now that would be nice but seriously, Narcissus, do you think that YOU could handle having two Izzy's in your life?"
Downstairs Ko was warming up on Yuriko and Izzy was paralyzed by the message on his phone, Well did he? I don't know who his sister is. Or his...mm..brother for that matter. I don't know. Maybe just tell Shou that it's possible and let Yuuji see Ko to make sure. I know it's probably not true but Shou's...kind of...mm..not normal. Good person but not..well all there.
Heck, Ruki had never met Yuuji's wife maybe it

Akihiko sighed, pocketing his phone.
Izzy was no help!
Of course Yuuji's wife wasn't Shou's sister!
Right?
Almost as soon as he put the phone away it buzzed. Thinking it Ruki, he looked at the text... and immediately sent a reply back to Yamada.
'Ko isn't Shou's nephew. He's my cousin's KIDNAPPED missing son.'
His focus returned once more to Takagi and the young Koyasu started up a series of rather... well... personal questions.
"Your um... oh damn what's her name? Aya! Is Aya-chan an only child, Yuuji-kun?" Narcissus blurted out, totally confused how to handle this conversation now. Yamada's text just made him feel more anxious to know the truth.
If Hideo was Ko... would the boy be hidden away by Shou's assistant as soon as the question was broached?
Dark eyes narrowed and Takagi obviously stiffened at the musician's question. "Yes. Why?"
Simple question, not so simple answer.
"And you've never cheated on her?"
Yuuji deadpanned. He just stalled out, completely baffled by what his cousin was asking... in front of a guest no less!!!
"I... of... of course not... the hell did that come from, Akihiko?!" Takagi said, his stance every bit defensive.
Okay so TECHNICALLY he had with Michi...
But they were separated right now... right?
And it had been an accident...
Well no the first time had been...
Sighing, Yuuji ran a hand over his face. "Akihiko... I swear to god if you're trying to pull something..."
Hands immediately went up in front of Narcissus. "Wait! No! That's not..." he sighed too and looked to Shou. "I could deal with an Izzy clone... I think... but I don't think I could deal with a clone of Yuuji-kun..." lithe fingers ran through dark hair and the musician just tried to get the conversation back on track. "Look... Yuuji-kun just... go downstairs!"
"What?"
"JUST GO!" Akihiko ordered, turning his cousin around and pushing him through the house, completely ignoring Shou for the moment.
He knew the mercurial man would follow since his destination was, no doubt, obvious.
Walking into the studio, Yuuji looked at Izzy then back at the young tiger behind him. "Akihiko, I don't think..." but then those dark eyes, out of the very corner of that gaze, caught a glimpse of the boy sitting at the grand concert piano across the room.
For a second time, Takagi just froze, watching the boy who was warming up on the piano.
A boy that looked so familiar.
"Hi... Hideo-kun?" Yuuji couldn't help but say, completely frozen in place.
Of course they were no longer in the studio doorway, having allowed Shou to enter as well. Akihiko glanced to his partner then back to the boy on the piano then to Shou, completely aware that this situation could turn into a serious problem.
If Shou thought Hideo was really Ko and overly protective of him, Shou might snap.
If Hideo didn't remember Yuuji, well that would cause a serious problem.
If Yuuji just suddenly sprang at the boy, that could cause Shou to snap and Ko to panic.
As an afterthought, Akihiko locked his hands on Takagi's shoulders, keeping the man rooted to the spot.
At least for now.
Rolling his eyes Ishihara couldn't help but laugh. "Yes. I give! Just no pink." he stated, knowing quite well that somehow Yamada would figure out a way to get him to wear pink stockings whether he wanted to or not.
Dark eyes caught a flicker of a photo but nothing more and You just nodded, stealing another french fry. "The man just can't let you have a relaxing night at home, can he?" the PR man teased with a wink his partner's way.
Ah if only You had seen that picture...

"Awh." He poked the arm that wasn't injured on You. "Why not? You'd be so precious in Pink." He didn't bring up the fact that You had said he was ok with one...night in pink stockings. Haru kind of wanted to remember most of the end of that nightmarish 'vacation'.
He then laughed, "You'd think I was living with him. At this rate..." Then the phone buzzed, "See..."
Haru glanced at the response and his shoulders stiffened. Pushing off the sofa, he got up quickly and looked over at You. "I've got to give him a call. Yeah.. You know who...I can't believe this...God. I swear, he needs a babysitter not an assistant. I'll take it outside."
He grabbed was about to grab his coat when he realized he hadn't taken it off yet. "God...this is my day!" he groaned as he hurried out the door.
Walking down the hall he took an elevator down while dialing the number to Narcisuss. "Pick up you b*****d..." he said as the doors opened into the lobby.

Narcissus' phone was ringing and for a moment, he thought to ignore it.
And yet...
Reaching into his pocket, Akihiko answered his phone, one hand still on Yuuji's shoulders just in case.
"Yamada-san... I take it you got my message." the young tiger spoke calmly, a slightly cold and businesslike manner coming over him. "Care to explain this situation?"

"The situation is this. The boy, I uncovered while...searching for something. He was a mess but I got him out of...there." The man didn't clarify considering they were on cell phones. "I needed a cover for the boy and I couldn't get him out of the country." He pushed his hand through his hair. Great god...don't push Shou too hard he thought to himself.
"The boy's memory isn't all there. So if he is who you say he is, he might not get it. He's seeing a psychiatrist but I've not the analysis yet. Shou took him in and he believes that the kid is part of his family. I can't explain why he can believe that but considering the circumstances he's the safest place for that boy to be. Don't push Shou too hard on this. I never thought too far on what would happen if the boy's parents were still alive because in all honest, after I got him out I was sure they were dead."

That calm business tone remained. It wasn't because Akihiko was angry... it wasn't because he thought there was something to gain here...
No, it was to keep Yuuji from springing to the boy who had yet to notice them as he played the piano.
"Yuuji-kun's son was taken as incentive to keep him quiet. As a means of blackmail. And I'm quiet sure that the spider is the underlying culprit. If he does have memory problems then I can believe that. No doubt wherever he was wasn't a good place." Akihiko could feel Takagi's muscles tense as he said this. "I appreciate where you've place him, Yamada-san. But I think it's time Shou knew the truth... don't you?"
Narcissus' hand tightened on his cousin's shoulder, warning him to stay put for right now.
Dark eyes flickered back to the man behind him, and for a moment the young tiger was afraid that Yuuji would deck him and duck out of the hold.
"Give me the phone."
Hesitating, Akihiko handed the cell to his cousin and prayed that Yuuji wouldn't do something too drastic.
"Yamada-san? Takagi desu. Arigatou gozaimasu."
The thanks surprised the young tiger. "Yuuji-kun..."
But his cousin continued to speak, tears in his eyes. "Arigatou gozaimasu... I can't tell you how..." he stopped, glancing to the boy who was still playing the piano. "I can't tell you how happy I am... to see him sitting there... alive." Yuuji nearly choked on the word.
THANK THE GODS there was a plexiglass screen between them and the boy who practiced the ivory keys. Akihiko was so very happy that they weren't in the soundproof room beyond with the child.
Taking the phone back, Narcissus wrapped an arm around his cousin's shoulders as the man pulled himself together. "Yamada-san... you have to tell him. He won't believe me, you know."

Shou stood there shocked at the questions Narcissus asked Yuuji and well rightly so. They were very personal. Aya? And the woman an only child?? It was odd. His sister wasn't an only child but maybe she hid what she truly was from Yuuji? Or not? Maybe they weren't related at all...But then what about Ko? Ko couldn't be Hideo...could he?
The star was like a deer in the head lights of this whole affair. However, Yuuji didn't sound like he was innocent of cheating on...Aya? That was the name. Was it possible that Yuuji fooled around with his sister? What the heck!?
He was about to say something when Narcissus sent Yuuji below. Shou followed but he was getting a bit edgy. Ko was KO...that was what the star could understand. If the boy was Takagi Hideo, he had never mentioned it at all. And seriously, if the boy knew his family were different wouldn't he say? Wouldn't he? Or could he not? Or maybe he didn't know? But Yamada-san had said this was his sister's son...and Shou...
His head was hurting because everything was just not rolling in a way the star could accept. It was even more profound when he could see the look on Yuuji's face. The man really did believe that Ko...was his boy, Hideo...
The star felt something in his heart sink. What if it were true. Would Ko leave him? Just like Jun...
Shou stood there staring out at Ko watching the boy place almost unable to fathom the possibilities.

"Maybe that would explain why I mistook the area for another part of the web. It was on accident I found him in that bolt hole." he sighed and looked up to the open sky that was starting to drizzle. "I can tell Shou the truth but...mm...It might have to be in a reality he can accept. God. This is seriously hard to explain. Especially over open line. I'm sure that Lucky-san might understand better than you after living with Shou for a time."
But the the phone was handed off and Haru was terribly surprised, no shocked by hearing Yuuji on the line. "Takagi-san. I didn't expect..." He took in a deep breath hearing the relieved words of a desperate father, "You're welcome." He kicked some snow and sighed, "Look, you're not out of the woods yet. The boy's got...problems. And well, believe it or not...Shou and Naoko have been good medicine and vice versa I think. Put me on speaker and I'll talk to Shou."
When Yuuji complied Haru had slipped into his car because he was freezing out there. Pulling out his keys he turned it on and the rain started to pour. "Oh great. I'm going to get soaked going back inside."
"Hamu..." Shou suddenly snapped out of his struck state and looked at the phone.
"Don't call me that Shou-sama!" Haru scolded over the phone and almost everyone could hear the invisible swat to Shou's flesh.
"Oops...H...Yamada-san..." Shou smiled brightened with mischief. The star was so mercurial even in a serious situation. He just couldn't be pinned down sometimes. "Are you alright?
"Yes, yes, I am Shou-sama. but I needed to talk to you about Ko-kun. See, when I got him from your sister. I might have been wrong about Ko being her son. At the time, it was so urgent and she was in such a hurry. You know how dangerous thing are...remember?" Haru said calmly as he put forth the ideas he was working on the fly here because Yuuji and Narcissus were right there. And he expected they might help out in some way to convince his star without causing Shou to throw a fit.
Shou tilted his head, "Wrong? In what way?" Obviously the star was terribly out of sorts.
"Well Shou-sama, she really rushed through and I might have misheard her. But I know that she wanted the best for Ko, no matter who's child he is. We had to work fast..remember. You had to protect him from the spider....you know he won't harm you." Haru put forth appealing to Shou's different aspects. He had worked so long with this man that he could push a couple buttons to get certain reactions but he always worried that the star would flip out because sometimes that just did happen.
"Yes...I know..but Are you saying that Ko might be, Takagi's child? He doesn't call himself Hideo. He doesn't quite look like the photo...If he was the boy...wouldn't he say so?" The star seemed mystified by his assistant's conversation.
"Well it is possible and he's had a very very bad time...remember. You're protecting him. We did things to make him look healthier...remember? Doesn't he look like his photo? And, look..well wouldn't a father know his own son?" Haru pressed cautiously. It sounded like the man was trying to gently put things into perspective without breaking his star's brain. Haru knew that Shou snapping meant it would be impossible to make him see reason.

Standing there holding the phone on speak, Akihiko nodded. "You and Yamada-san know better than anyone what that spider's like. Protecting Ko-kun came first, didn't it?"
"His... his hair is different... and the eyes are a different color... but those are things that are easily changed, Shou-san." Takagi helped out, finally getting his emotions under control.
God how he wanted to just rush to that boy and pick him up into his arms.
Smiling, Akihiko pointed to his own head. "And believe me when I say that the mind works in strange ways sometimes. He may not have called himself Hideo... because he's just scared or he's forgotten because he was so scared. Something may have happened for him to forget, Shou-san."
Placing his hands in front of him, Yuuji tried to appeal to the musician. "I couldn't protect him because I didn't know he needed protecting. And, I... I wouldn't mind him staying with you until he understands... until he remembers. You're an important part of his life, Shou-san. I just... Just let me talk to him... please... Let me hear my son's voice. I... I thought..." the current sitting chairman of Ohayou spoke carefully, his voice betraying the emotions swirling within his heart. "I thought he was dead, Shou-san... you can't imagine how that feels. I failed to protect him and I thought he was dead because of me. Onegai... let me talk to him... just for a moment."
A gentle hand, a young tiger's hand, placed itself on Shou's shoulder. "He won't hurt Ko-kun... and Ko-kun doesn't have to do anything he doesn't want to. If he wants to stay with you, he can." there was a soft smile on Narcissus' face. "After all, his father's already approved the sleep over."

Shou blinked with a slight nod, "He has come first since he came in to my life...He's safe under my wings..." Those words probably were quite true because the peacock was on a very special pedestal in the spider's web. But Shou seemed a bit out of it. He was still trying to process everything and it was difficult for the star. Things that messed with his vacant past always caused him issues because most of the thought processes tried to piece a possible past.
"Yes...yes...Hamu said it was important. I wouldn't want any harm to come to Ko." said Shou as he put his hand to his head and closed his eyes for a moment. "Something terrible happened to him but he talks now. He wouldn't at first. But Naoko-kun helped him come out of his shell. But now...he's alive again in my world." For a child, Shou's world probably was a wonderful place akin to a fantasy land. It had been easy for Ko to accept his reality when he was terrified of his own.
"I...I...." Shou seemed hesitant as Yuuji spoke. But Shou took the pleading man's request to heart. 'I...I guess...that it would be ok if you spoke to him." How could he deny the man when he could see how hard it was for Yuuji to hold himself together. But Shou was nervous, his eyes swung over to look at Ko through the glass, "I don't want him to hurt." Those words were a little more confident.
Then the chaotic eyes flicked over to the young tiger as he put his hand on his shoulder. The Peacock seems to have the best of intentions but he wasn't a stable creature. "Sleep over? Ah...sleep over....yes...ano.."
Haru then spoke up on the speaker phone, "Shou-sama, your world can help Ko and it can also help Takagi-san reconnect with Ko. So..relax...shh..shh...take a breath." He could hear the signs of Shou's personality when it was on the edge and Haru didn't want Sai to show up blindly in front of Yuuji and Narcissus. That would make another brillant mess that he didn't want to explain over the phone. God!

With Shou's permission, Takagi nodded and headed for the studio. While he walked, Narcissus' hand slipped from the peacock's shoulder and went to rest on the small of the man's back.
"It's alright, Shou-san. Really. Just take a deep breath. Ruki's in there too so he won't let anything happen." Akihiko spoke, hoping to put the other musician's heart at ease.
