Sagitarian_Insomniac I only have white pizza lock! I hate red sauce so I only get white. Now I want Pizza too! I haven't eaten yet today and it's almost 2PM! ACK! I don't like eating in the mornings...and I'm totally a red tomato sauce person...couldn't live with out.

craftymama, burning lavender incense can be used as a sleep aid, because the scent of alvender, induces sleep.
Unplug and or, turn off the phone.
Ear plugs.
See, if this, will work next time for you.

Hrmm I never knew that Brutal.. I may have to go and buy some of them.. cause I have problems getting to sleep and also staying asleep.

Thanks for the advice! I'll try the lavender but unfortunately I can't unplug the phone. I have to be "on call" in case my son's school calls, my hubby needs something, or my editor needs something. Some days I swear it feels like the world wouldn't be able to turn without someone asking me to turn it! I don't mind too much though, it makes me feel important.
