"Do you have any idea what Mudkip just said?" Rex asked. "If anyone, you should know." Corphish continued to bump into the wall while Scraggy cuddled with the egg.

"He's just bored out of his mind," Shaydas shrugged. "Wow... I didn't know that hanging upside down for two hours could make me this lightheaded..." With a thud, he fell to the floor.

Rex ran over to Shaydas. "Are you okay?" He asked. Scraggy carried his egg over to Shaydas, offering it to help.

Shaydas rolled over and coughed. "That floor is very solid," he gasped. "Tell the guys who built this place that they need a raise."

Scraggy looked at Shaydas. Seeing as how the egg wasn't noticed, Scraggy settled with a Headbutt directed at Shaydas's head. "Scrag!"
"The floor is supposed to be solid." Rex laughed.

Shaydas looked up at Scraggy. "You have a very solid head, you know that?" he said calmly. "Oh, hey! An egg! What's in it?"

"Its just an egg that Nick's Chansey gave Scraggy to comfort him until he is allowed to evolve." Rex said. "Its pretty much empty, and it doesn't go bad." Scraggy began to nuzzle the egg once more.

"Corphish also can't hold an egg." Rex joked. Corphish still did what he was doing, while Scraggy tended to the egg, which was now on its side with a pillow below it and a blanket on it. "Umm?" Rex laughed.

Shaydas stood up and brushed himself off. "That's... strange?" he said, somewhat disturbed. "He must be really down to be doing something like that."

"He's coping." Rex laughed. Scraggy began singing a lullaby in some weird Pokemon language. "Uh...."
At the sound of the lullaby, Corphish suddenly fell asleep. "Hey Shaydas, would you be down for a battle?" He walked over to the PC and exchanged a Pokemon in.

Rex followed after recalling his Pokemon. Strangely, the Egg seemed to go in Scraggy's Poke Ball as well. As soon as he was on the beach he turned to Shaydas. "Can we do a two v.s. two battle?" Rex asked. "Single Battle. I have a couple Pokemon I wanna test out." Rex said.
