Well, shadow man is like Tzen's wandering subconscious, sort of. No real thinking, just emotions and instinct. So shadowman almost seems like an animal.

Whereas Shadow Man is fighting the pure concious. Very little instinct or emotion in it, no beasting, just a mesh of thoughts, questions, ideas, and that self-imposed restraint. More or less the opposite of what Shadow Man is.
Normally there'd be a lot more reckless animalism going on.

Monseiru X we need wandering priests and such, is what we need. get people dying more often and used to dying. Kinda hard when the priests get murdered.

Tzen however, would have little knowledge of 'stuff'. Styles and skills are imprinted like instinct rather than conscious thought since its a large mash of different people and its all just hazy to him. So when he's out, he'll be trying to fit into the world. If you convince him that cannabalising people is acceptable in society, then thats what he's going to do. Learning customs and traditions.
