Lilygwen JoeEuphonium Lilygwen I can't take too hot food either. I guess my stomach is too delicate for such things. xd I actually get really bad stomach pains if I eat too spicy food or if the food has some certain spices. I haven't yet found out what ones does the aching but I think it might be a combination of few spices that my tummy can't take. I really enjoy healthy food but my bad habit is the sweets and chocolate that I eat way too much. well dark chocolate is healthy.. in moderation of course >.< lily were you the one that posted a pic of a chocolate bar as big as the key board? lol >.< Not that I can remember. biggrin I love dark chocolate! 3nodding hehehe well you can share with me .. you know to help with that moderation thing >.< *huggles* ok .. as much as i soo want to stay on.. i better head to bed.

Virtuellement Votre Come to France and eat healthy and beautiful food !!!! It's very simple to cook ... enjoy giving pleasure with simple food ... RatatouilleFrench cuisine is easy yet healthy for you. The trouble is that it's hard to find some of the ingredients in here so I tend to stay with Finnish/scandinavian cuisine. 3nodding

Hello and morning all. I have officially had no sleep since 2am uh... 28 hours ago at this point and still going. My kids will be up in an hour or so so I can't go to sleep yet (despite trying!) My best friend came over and we watched the rest of the first season of the anime Fushigi Yugi. When we got to the end of the last disc of that season she was in shock... and can't wait to watch the second season. This from the gal who, less than a year ago, said she hated all anime. I will convert the world... *evil cackle*

Morning crafty! Wow, after awhile it's hard to let your body relax enough to sleep.
I would love to get into more anime. I don't know much about it but I love the studio gibli stuff like howl's moving castle. And I've seen akira and a vampire one I forget what its called. I just have to get to china town and join the video stores there, the ones around here have no anime whatsoever.

good morning.. though I think I am saying good morning to the same group I said morning to in the OTHER thread... lols...
crafty, why for you could not sleep? You and I are opposites in many ways... I LOVE my sleep, can't get enough of it. I can't focus on too many things at once. I am so NOT a type "A" personality when it comes to getting things done. You are like amazing to me in many ways!
Can I just call in sick to life today, I want to finish playing "Okami" on the playstation and eat donuts and drink coffee all day..... oh yeah, and not run anyone around either. Everyone gets the day off here!
Ha ha ha.. I wish.....

Oh it isn't that I don't love my sleep, because I really, really do but it seems to hate me. I suffer from severe insomnia, nightmares, and really bad allergies that combined keep me from sleeping. Well, that and my kiddos, lol. Like right now I could take a serious nap but Kaliana is wide awake and won't be ready for a nap for an hour or two. I am now going on 33 hours and counting awake... oh and thanks for the compliments. ^_^

I really hope you manage to get some sleep, it is my arthritis which tends to keep me from sleeping more than anything else, that and an active brain.

I hear you on those things too. Sometimes laying on my heating pad (on low) helps the arthritis a little. As far as when my brain won't shut off I control my breathing by thinking only "breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out" over and over until I am asleep.
