"Lets not be reckless now Andreas"
Zetsuei said as he ducked and swung his blade once again as he noticed Andreas turning around to slash with his claws. Zetsuei raised his spiritual pressure once more, streaks of lightning sparked form his body as a crimson aura began to flow upward off his body and began to clash with Andrea's own aura.

the lighting from andreas magic was so enraged it easily over powered Zetsuei's and the power being created around andreas was immense such was his magical training he let slip his true power as the earth cracked a little and plants seemed to die around him.
the cut on his back still hurt like hell as it sizzled fighting against his black blood. he stopped his swiping trying to calm down a little and standing straght and smiling slightly.
"you must forgive mt little out burst, its not often a person manages a cheep shot on me when my backs turned. interesting weapon you have there Zetsuei but if thats the limit to your powers id give up now cause theres no way you can win"

Jumping backwards just as his other attack was about to hit he starred at Andreas
" You havent seen my true power yet Andreas, and you wont today. Seems like the infected blood you injected yourself with is becoming harder to supress as the orbs new manifestation grows stronger. Like I said before, your quest for power will be your own demise."

the youg girl was still shaking she was so terrified, being passed around so much, not knowing what was going on, it was so freighting. everyone spoke so genuinely but she didn't know who to believe and the battle going on it was horrible. as yuki held her thou close in her arm she listened to her words and they were the first she believed. the girl wasn't familiar but she seemed to want to protect her. gazing up she held on tight.
"thank you"
then she felt them rush of with the help of the scrolls and slowly after all the excitement she dozed off exhausted.

It was a hit, Fira could do little to dodge the ice attack from Andreas. The fire around her dissipated and she flipped her wings forward to stop her flight before the pieces of ice jabbed into her wings. Pain surged up her chest from where one ice blade imbedded it’s self, although the pieces riddled her body the attack at least missed her head and neck. With a vigorous fluttering of her wings she tired to stay up in the air or at least slow her fall as she fell uselessly to the ground.
Once on the ground Fira once again slipped back into her human form with her wings still to her side. The phoenix was sitting on the ground clutching the wound her side as she began to pull the cold ice piece from her side before throwing the bloody shard on the ground. Her blood dripped on the ground, but it didn’t sizzle like phoenix blood, it pooled like human blood.
Fira stood slightly worried, but put it out of mind as she returned her attention back to the fight. She walked back, and steadied herself as she walked. As she headed for Andreas the gold design on her staff began to glow with the heat of her fire magic. “There’s a lot of magic and spell more powerful in this world then you could even handle…” The phoenix began as she walked closer, “…Trust me, I can almost guarantee I’ve lived longer than anyone within this city, I’ve seen stuff far more powerful than you could even handle. Stuff that would even boggle the mind of the Gods if they even knew half of what lays hidden on this earth.”

Damn...he knows just as well as anyone that she is my weakness...I have to..."Deal." Shinja took a few steps towards the zombified Darktail, who gave him a toothy smirk. Suddenly, bits of Darktail's flesh began to slide off of him, each bit landing with a "plop" on the ground before disintegrating. After a few moments, all that remained was a dull, purple light. The light suddenly brightened and shot towards Shinja's neck, stabbing away at the tattoo until it was gone. Shinja winced in pain as he opened his mouth to speak. "So...you weren't Darktail after all..." It's been you all along...Shinja smirked before an enormous burst of pain woke him up. ...that damned Shard.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Shinja stared at his right hand, the one he had used to crack the Orb -- the one that the Orb's shard had pierced. His eyes widened as a rapid series of aches spread through his body before he finally landed on the ground, creating a small crater in the cobblestone and sending up a cloud of dust. ((If you didn't get a chance to read my other posts that got deleted, Shinja passed out mid-air and engaged in a conversation with the Orb (the shard still inside his system), who took on the appearance of Darktail in his mind. The Orb offered to help him get Maki back in exchange for Shinja's surrender to his brother Sett. Then he accepted the deal and^^))

With the child still in her hands she made her way to where Andreas and her left their horses.
Untying her steeds reigns with one hand she looked down at the girl and smiled softly.
Poor child, i guess she need sleep after such a long morning
Yuki was glad that she never took fancy to saddles as she lifted the Child onto the horses back leaning her foreward to ballance her on the steeds neck.
Making sure that the girl wouldnt fall, Yuki then tightened her weapons saddle, making sure none of her weapons went miss. Happy Yuki finally mounted the horse lifting the girl gently so she leant on yuki.
Gripping the reins she steered the horse away from the tree before giving it a slight tap from the heel and racing off towards Endairon.
All the while speaking aloud, sometimes to the horse and sometimes to the sleeping child.

"the dark piece of that orb i used in my blood feeds me and helps me reach new heights of power. i do not care if it corrupts me as long as it bring me the power i crave. you will never no such power Zetsuei, your to much of a coward to become one with dark forces"
andreas turned to fira with a twisted smirk on his face.
"and you fira, i know your an old wise bird, but just living a long time does not mean you've seen every magic. im sure there are dark practices you have never dared to explore. me on the other hand, i want to revel in them..."
lightning sparked across the ground flickering at the ones fighting.
"i can only hope to be as great as the past dark tail, the great kitsune."
andreas flicked out his rapier and moved his hand across it sending a poisonous liquid across it. one n** would leave the victim in a poisoned state of sickness and with that he darted towards fira letting his wings glide him across the ground as he swung his rapier to meet her throat. as he moved he could still feel the pain of both his opponents attacks Zetsuei's holy one was the worst and still tore into his flesh creating a burning sensation. he would pay for that, for now he wanted to clip firas wings and see how she liked being flightless.

(hi YuffietheGreat will be posting for young girl now and i will be posting for the boy)
the boy watched all that was happening, very eager and jittery. he had a large smile on his face as he watched from behind stone pillars the carnage happening all around. it was wonderful.
he loved watching people plunge there daggers into others and seeing the blood spray up from their bodies, chuckling every time he saw it. this was great.
watching people try to hold on with their last breath sent a great thrill of excitement through him then he stared up at the tower and looked at the woman there with a confused bewildered expression. he didnt like her look and as another woman dressed in amour stepped forwards and released a horrible white light he scream closing his eyes and hiding. AAAaaaaaaahhhhhhh!
he gave a horrible screech sound and looking on he watched the white light destroy the creatures in a single blow, no fair. he stayed in hiding afraid of such power and watched all that happened after.
"Sister " he said seeing young maki in a rather twisted way, thou she was also in a way his mother. he giggled at the fight as each person glance blow for blow playing with the little girl like a rag doll, then watched the girl take her away.
the fight wasnt over yet thou and he couldn't wait to see more.

While the girl slept in Yuki's arms she wondered why Shinja would give her away like a prize. 'Who is this woman? Why do I feel such fear?' she asked herself as she slept. Then a clouded memory played again. A man and woman sharing a flask by the fire replayed in her mind but their faces were still foggy and she couldn't make out who they were. 'Maybe he is my father? Is that why I remember him so? Then that means this woman must be my mother? Oh. I wish I could remember ... but this doesn't feel right. Who am I?'

"I never said I've seen all of them!" Fira yelled as Andreas came rushing forward as she raised her staff in both hands and ran forward to meet his blade. And with what strength she had in her arms her staff still pulsing with her fire magic met his rapier. With it she tried to keep the blade from piercing her skin, as she quickly wicked her wings away from it, but there was only so much a stick could do against a very fast steal blade.
"Yet I have seen a lot, that you will never fine, no matter how long you live, because it was only by pure luck that I've found such things," The phoenix said with her arms straining from trying to hold up the weight of the rapier. Looking on the ground she caught a glimpse of a few cut orange feather lying on the ground. They where feathers. Where the feathers the only things sheared off or did he manage to cut some of the fleshy part of her wing? She thought quickly to herself as she looked back up at Andreas for it was possible she didn't feel the blade go through her skin in the middle of a battle, if it did pierce her skin.

andreas smiled as he put pressure on fira trying to push her to her knees while still smiling and gazing in her eyes. he hadn't managed to cut her wings but only cut a few feathers but it was enough to make her think the worst and once her guard was down he could seethe job was done properly.
"you know its a pity fira. if i could have kept you locked away at my old mansion i could have used you each and everyday plucking out your feathers and using you for my amusement"
andreas paid little attention to the other two thou he knew they were there. he still kept a weary sense about him for when they did strike. no more lucky shots from that sword of Zetsuei's. still he would have to look of a means of escape soon, yuki should be long gone by now hopefully in hiding but getting him to escape would be more tricky.

"You can't keep fire locked up forever," Fira stated as tried to push back even harder as her staff became hotter with each passing moment. "I wouldn't give you another one of my feathers anyway," She said with slight anger, "No matter what you would do, you would have never gotten another one from me."

Zetsuei knew this was going to have to end soon, Fira was injured from the previous ice attack. Gripping his sword tightly and holding it straight out infront of him it began to glow as the crimson aura which surrounded his body subsided and a pale blue aura erupted from his body. The energy flowed upward into the sword, which began to pulse as he slowly place it over his shoulder. Adjusting his grip on the hilt of the blade and sliding his left foot forward he swung the blade releasing the energy which had built up inside it creating a shockwave which was heading to Andreas.
"Andreas, you dont have to become one with the dark forces to gain power"
As the shockwave closed in on Andreas it split into what resembled three crescent moons which then came at Andreas from three different directsions. The crescent tore the ground below them as the spun and headed to Andreas.

andreas smiled as he feltthe heat from fira staff growing more intense heating up his own sword and causing a warm glow to light up their faces.
"and who said i would ask you for your feathers fira.id prefer to pull them out one by one and let you see how it feels"
he looked from the corner of his eye seeing greeds attack come at all sides, there seemed to be no escape, oh well. he grabbed a hold of firas staff with one hand as it began to burn him and griped it tightly. pulling it hard he tried to bring fira towards so that he could turn around her and use her as a human shield forcing against the oncoming attack. if nothing else it might cause Zetsuei to suffer seeing he put her in danger.
