Jin smiled and rubbed Nathan's back more trying to help him relax again. "Well maybe I can hire a few helpers. I have plenty of money." He offered. "Relax but tell me..what does it feel like?" He asked suddenly. "When you are with Luca what does it feel like?" He questioned softly. Jin had a deep curiosity about emotions sometimes. He could not love and he also had an incredibly hard time hating as well. It seemed he just couldn't feel strong emotions in anyway he was too self absorbed. That man he met at the Academy was the only person in a long time to make him nervous. Fear was also something he hadn't felt since he was very young. He didn't like fear but it was the strongest emotion he could feel. Sometimes he felt rather..dead almost. He had grown used to it but he wondered what it would be like to love, and hate to feel real passion. It made such a lovely color, a color he could never have.

Nathan shook his head. "No, Luca wouldn't want that. Besides, it'd be embarrassing having people see how he treats me here. In public at least he tones it down." Then he heard Jin ask his question. Nathan suddenly flared up with a passion.

"He pisses me off. One minute he's off donating to children, another he's demanding someone cook a steak just right or he won't eat it. His voice, his movements, his stupid buttery voice and his stereotypical 'fabulous' personality and how he thinks he's just the biggest frickin' saint there has ever been. He isn't thankful, he isn't appreciative USUALLY, and he just ASSUMES that everything will work out for him.

His positive attitude is annoying, he dresses me up in his stupid clothing, and he leaves his clothes everywhere! He wants a dog but he's not the one who's gonna have to take care of the damn thing, and everything just seems simple to him. He never had to suffer a day in his life. Yet he thinks he can save the world one outfit at a time...

He's constantly trusting and painfully gullible. He gives to people and believes every sob story he's told. He's overemotional... He hosts loud balls and parties and always has men stay the night... And he's awful at video games. He nags on me about my manners and he hates when I slouch. He fishes for compliments and gets too upset over harsh critics. And... And..."

Nathan sighed, "He comes to me when he's really sad, and has this tradition of us having dinner together, and he works himself too much overnight... He doesn't take care of himself when he's sick, and when he... I don't know. Its like he's never mad. I kinda get a sick joy over making him mad, but he tends to tear up a lot, and... I don't like when he cries, I guess.

He's just soooo emotional, but he forgives so easily, and he's never mad at anyone. He doesn't hate anyone. I don't understand it. He's so easy to read though, its like he's just two-dimensional. There's no dark side to him, he's just... He's just himself. And that makes me mad for some reason. How he acts like he has nothing to hide."

Nathan was silent for a short period of time. "I wish he didn't cry so much. He really has no reason to, so why does he do it? He cries when he's sad, when he's happy, when he's frustrated, and even when he's bored! No man should cry that much. Especially Luca."

Nathan relaxed his shoulders. "I don't know... I guess the feeling is... Confusion."

"Trouble? What trouble?" Derek looked confused. "If you mean showing you around, don't worry about it. Its part of my job here... I think." He flips through the journal. "Yea, I do that here. OH and I'm an English teacher? Oh... I hope I showed up for the last class..."

Tyler looked at the man a little skeptical. "Are you sure you work here?" He asked quietly. The man had to check up what he did? What was his problem. He took a small step back slightly. "Well I appreciate it..."

Leon was running full sprint, his mind slipping in and out of control. He stopped next to clayton, the blood sending him into a frenzy. He growled, snapping his teeth once at him. don't kill him The words echoed in his head and he growled. THE GIRL. That thought raced through his head. The girl he was with, she was important right? He couldn't remember what peng had said. He sniffed the ribbon on the guy, remembering it from her. He found the scent and raced after it faster then before, letting out a howl while running.

Jin listened to him talk paying close attention. He had one thing to agree with and he voiced that. "I do not like to see Luca cry when he is sad either. Blue is a horrid color on him." He admitted. Confusion but he saw something else he saw love. It was plain and simple love and passion could cause confusion. He smiled and kept rubbing Nathan's back. He was enjoying this actually hearing Nathan out he needed to talk to someone. "I'm always here for you if you need to talk Nathan." He told him.

"G'AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" Clayton felt the teeth sink deep into his arm, and he had no choice but to let go. He watched Leon go, he couldn't have Leon kill her... He just hoped he gave her enough time... To...

Clayton passed out, having lost too much blood and energy. This time no other side came out, he was just completely spent.

"Someone call an ambulance!" Someone cried out, and a crowd came around Clayton to try and get the boy some help.

'Good,' thought Peng, 'Clayton will be easier to take when he's in the hospital. For now, I must stop Leon.' Peng faded into the background and rushed through buildings and cars to get to Leon as fast as he could. No talking would calm Leon down, but he couldn't let Leon harm an innocent girl.

Meanwhile, a woman was humming and making a meal in the kitchen. "Ooh, company!" The girl chimed.

"What do you mean company?" Another woman asked, setting down the paper and looking outside. It was a girl running towards their trailer, and... She was being chased by a wolf. By the looks of the wolf, he was bloodthirsty and pretty beat up, but still he went after the girl. The woman lowered her gaze. "Make a meal for three Gina, and stay inside. I'll be right back." She opened the door and disappeared.

Gina sighed, "But I was almost done... Oh well."

Nathan closed his eyes, and then he gave a sigh. "Thank you..."

A moment or two later, Luca came in with food for all three of them. "We can put the movie back on now! Nathan, how did you know I wanted sesame chicken with white rice and a spring roll? You even got my drink right!"

"How did I-... I've lived with you for over a year now. Of course I know what you like, you said so yourself."

"Well." Luca replied, taking the food and curling up on the couch, having his first bite.

Nathan had fried rice and steamed shrimp. He didn't know what Jin wanted so he played it safe with a steamed veggie dish and white rice and a spring roll. "If you want any shrimp, Jin, you can have a couple pieces. I didn't know what you liked so..."

"And my chicken too, mi amour," Luca cooed, "If you would like."

Peng appeared out of a house wall and slashed him deep in the back leg with his sword, at least hopefully keeping him from being able to run anymore.

Meanwhile, there was the sound of a whip crack as the woman pulled Clone to her and whipped at Leon's face. "Back, beast! Ho!" The woman then whispered to Clone, "Into the house child, I'll take care of things out here. You're safe, now. No beast has ever been able to best me."

"Leon!" Peng called out, and also stood between him and Clone. "What would Quyen think if she saw you right now?! Get a hold of yourself." He looked over at the woman. "My most sincerest apologies, ma'am, I did not mean for this to get so out-of-hand."

"Money?" Derek looked through his journal again, "There is a for-hire bulletin in each dorm. So look there for work."

Duke led Tyler outside. Then he stopped. "Um..." He looked through the journal, "I suppose if Dr. Hughes asked me to lead you you must be a light student or at least a neutral positive. Follow me, then." Derek flipped through some more pages as they walked.

"Your room number should be, let's see..." He walked through a tall, extravagant dormitory and took an immediate left into an office-like room. He flipped through papers, then he took out a key and a piece of paper. "Here, sign this and this is your key. Your room is on the fourth floor, room 415."

"Ummmm..." Derek looked through his journal. "Yes. You have a room-mate of course, so any more questions he'll probably be best at helping you. Losing your key requires a fee, so don't lose it. Enrollment is a monthly charge, given at the end of the month. Since its the beginning of said month, you should have plenty of time. Be careful about being off-campus since our authority does not go past it, we cannot keep you safe out there; that you will have to do on your own. I guess this is where I leave you. The hiring board is here." Derek pointed to a board on the front wall.

Ash sighed, taking enough steps back to be missed, then went for another whip. "A shape-shifter. This could be tricky." The woman looked up at the creature, then lowered her gaze. She put down the whip and just stared at Leon's eyes.

"I will calm him and take him, he'll kill you if-"

"Ssh," the woman said to Peng, not breaking her gaze. The woman had a way with animals. Her power, when she is able to stare into the creature's eyes, causes them to calm down. She's a ringleader at a freak show, and her power is taming beasts. The more beastly Leon became, the easier it was to bring him to calm.

Tyler nodded. "Thank you for everything." He took the key and turned to head to his room. He was used to living with people, one roommate was better then 15. He smiled slightly as he began to climb the stairs. He stopped outside his room, knocked took a deep breath and entered with the key.

Leon barely dodged the whip as he stepped back. His gaze met with hers and it was almost like his body froze. He was still snarling, but he couldn't seem to break her gaze. Slowly his snarling died down into a subtle growl. He was still tense, but he wasn't as blood thirsty. The wolf sniffed the air a little, taking a cautious step towards her. He still locked eyes with her, feeling a strange easiness wash over him.
